pros: youngest-becomes-heir is fun. justine and thom get a peaceful life.

cons: gus and dorian are separated for long stretches of time. (perhaps inevitable, it is dragon age.)

pros: fun political intrigue (broken engagement with tantervale noble family, technically married an orlesian military captain but like. be fr). justine gets to excel in the role she's been preparing for her whole life. gus can fuck off to tevinter with his bf.

cons: thom will hate it.

officially making it canon that sabine 'sides' w the templars bc she's looking for her sister claudia, who's been a templar in tantervale for years. unfortunately finds her during champions of the just, having been corrupted. justine and augustine come to skyhold after that, for answers... and maybe to grieve.
