i really need to reevaluate my dragon age worldstates & flesh out some of those guys… i think my canon ones are

warrior (nalori) tabris/warden!alistair —> rogue (rosamond) hawke/fenris —> mage (sabine) trevelyan/iron bull

warrior (mihren) mahariel/morrigan —> mage (rosamond) hawke/fenris —> rogue (iduna) lavellan/josephine

#i only have one hawke bc da2 is so contained and intimate to me no new hawkes ever stuck after my first playthrough #not good for varying worldstates but 😅#then there’s another less fleshed out with warrior aeducan/zevran rogue hawke/fenris and mage (salshira) lavellan/solas #and then a bunch more characters that i cant commit to a canon worldstate/havent played all the way through #we’ll see if i ever do anything with them #rambling #lush.talk #dragon age

i can't believe i'm having chest pain over jason grace in the year 2024

isn't it interesting which characters/ocs you fixate on based on what you're going through...

#spent the past month obsessed with daphne + persephone #if u couldn't tell lmfao #but yeah with IF the brainrot ebbs and flows for me #so when i become re-fixated it's usually for some reason...#with persephone i'm really interested in the way she balances extreme emotions with joy #she's sensitive and in tune with her emotions but obviously starts the story in painful/angering circumstances #so the way she allows herself to feel the full range of her emotions without shame has been on my mind #+ springtime being a balance of storm and sun etc etc #and w daphne it's the way she's constantly deflecting #she's so so vulnerable all the time #like mentally vulnerable and she can't control it #and so like what do you do when being vulnerable has to be part of life but it's so uncomfortable #anyway rambling now #just like how we find different things interesting ab chars and ocs depending on what we're thinking about #lush.talk

i haven't engaged w percy jackson media/fandom since i was 14 but i have such a fondness for it that now when i occasionally look something up to see how things turned out i get so emotional... it feels like my heart is on a platter and i'm poking it... nostalgia for when those characters were so dear to me + the tragedy of how some of their stories ended up...
