Destined Pessimist

Sometimes, it is weird to think about being pessimist, because the world has been good enough for me and I do not have to be complaints-addict without reasonable basis. But, as you know, and we all know, people are too stupid to disprove evolution and society is the structure built by those who are chosen by people I mentioned. How can I be an optimist, when we are cascading worst decisions to our children?
