Holding a bachelor of business administration degree from Southern Methodist University, William Mahler committed more than three decades to achieving equity capital markets and equity asset management objectives as a chairman at Baird in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a business leader, William Mahler played an integral role in the company's growth, driving consecutive growth in the institutional equities business division for 17 years.
William Mahler believes in the power of mentorship through educational opportunities. Specifically, he views the creation of safe educational environments rooted in strong educational standards, such as charter schools, as a way to address diverse inner-city issues across the nation. To this end, he has served as a mentor and supported mentorship at multiple organizations. For instance, he served as a board member at Messmer Catholic Schools in Milwaukee, where he assisted faith-based educational opportunities for students to prepare for college or enter the skilled trades. Currently, Mr. Mahler holds a seat on the investment committee at Marquette University High School.
