Baldur's Gate 3 but you CAN redeem the Dead Three and make them join the party.

Kethric actually listens to you and redeems himself and/or Withers uses his #totallynotJergal powers to res him and now Camp is really awkward because you've got Dame Aylin in one corner literally biting through armor because she wants to kill him so hard and Kethric on the other who's trying desperately to reconnect with Isobel but Aylin keeps glaring at him from across the fire and it's really awkward but who he SHOULD be worried about is Jaheria who's plotting different ways to poison him. Also Aylin and Isobel are NOT quiet in their tent and there's some things a father doesn't need to hear.

Orin would be really hard to redeems because she's just... awful, but I see it less like convincing her to join and more, like, keeping her on a leash while exposing her to basic human empathy and kindness until she starts crashing out and having an existential crisis. Minthara would be pissed but somewhat mollified by treating her as a servant. As Tav it'd be like adopting a rabid stray dog but as Durge it would be like keeping your annoying little sister around to make sure she can't get into dad's gun case and shoot you again.

Gortash would probably be the easiest since he's... the most normal of the three? But Karlach would only accept it on the condition that she'd get to pummel him into the dirt first and use him as a punching bag whenever she gets stressed, but this quickly devolves into a deep and heartfelt connection between them where Gortash learns basic human regret and apologizes to Karlach and she's still using him as a punching bag but now she's crying when she does it and doesn't go for the blals quite as often. At the end, he goes to Avernus with her and Wyll to help her take down Zariel.

I've seen people debating about Gortash's looks, and I'm more than convinced that the man IS attractive in his own way, so this post isn't about it. This post is about the fact that I've noticed months ago a resemblance so on point that left me speechless. And the hilarious part is that I noticed it only after seeing some pictures of bald Gortash.
