I am at odds for what to say. An attempt at reconnection that turned to name-calling after I said no thank you and an attempt to attack my perceived weak point when I shared my perspective in a last ditch effort to share requested information.

Rather than engage, it really is best for both of us to move on.

"ouhhhh" is a different emotion from "ough" which is a different emotion from "augh" which is a different emotion from "wough". I could go on. and these all convey different feelings depending on spelling variation and how many "h"s you add at the end too

"these researchers published a paper on something that literally any of us could have told you 🙄" ok well my supervisors wont let me write something in my thesis unless I can back it up with a citation so maybe it's a good thing that they're amplifying your voice to the scientific community in a way that prevents people from writing off your experiences as annecdotal evidence

people will come and go from your life, sometimes with no clear reason. it’s not your fault nor theirs. you just drift apart and outgrow the friendship you once had. it’s so sad to see it go, but know that there will be others to look forward to.

i think my heart was made for slow things. tea that takes time. stories that don’t rush. people who don’t ask "why are you so quiet?" as if quiet is a flaw.
