Hey everyone!

We have some news regarding the zine.

Sadly, one of our MAIN moderators will not be working with us anymore (PIXALMOD). As she is too busy atm. So the zine is being run by one person only atm! We will continue working on Volume 2 of the zine, but the dates will be moved quite a bit. We will let you all know when we're launching applications!

We are sorry for the inconvenience, and we promise we will be back soon!

Q&A Responses!!

We have collected a total of 42 responses! So glad a good amount of people we're interested in working on the zine. We will be looking forward to moderator applications next so make sure to keep an eye out for them!

For now, let's answer some questions!!

Will there be an easy way to see deadlines (ie a discord server)?

Yes! We will set the deadlines for our contributors once they're accepted in our discord server.

Is "morro's second wind" the theme for this zine? It sounds really cool! Will it be focused on redemption and such?

Yes, our theme is gonna be focused on Morro's second wind and artist/writers can get inspiration out of it.

Will the artists have a dead line?

Yes, artist and writers will have a deadline.

When will the zine be open for participants? And if there will be merch / physical copies? And lastly, how was your day? :) Thank you!

We are aiming for artist/writers applications to be open around Late January/Early February! As for physical copies we might not be able to do this year! But we are planning on some print at home/DIY pintable's or activities! ;) (Also hello! Been busy but fantastic :D -Mango)

Will there be a theme for the next Zine?

Yes! Our theme this year is still being debated atm. But once our team is built, we will choose a theme that feels right.

Been a while! We have some exciting news.

Winds of change will come back on December 10th

We are gonna be looking for Moderators to help us work on the zine,this time it will be bigger than before.

If anybody has moderated on zines/worked on zines: please message us on this acc and we’ll be happy to check your previous work.

Yes! We are planning to do a Volume 2 of the zine sometime this year. The artist/writer applications will open after the MOD applications! So, keep an eye out in the coming months.

Finally I can share with you all my piece from @winds-of-change-zine I had a lot of fun making this piece, and I absolutely loved coming up with designs for the pins and the posters, as well as doing research into alternative fashion. Also I can now read and write fluently in Ninjargon
