Lockwood & Co. except Anthony Lockwood can feel the episodic structure of the tv series. And it’s in his dread, every moment when he’s sure their troubles are over and then feels just as strongly that this is episode three. And it’s in his arrogance, the way he’s so sure if he dies it must be brought upon by himself until the end, so sure of his own importance to the narrative. And it’s in his recklessness, because even though he feels that they have so many more troubles to overcome he also feels an ending encroaching, and hell if he knows what kind.
