Can I just say like. It pisses me off when people, specifically ppl who aren't arospec or aspec !!!, find a canon arospec or aspec character and go 'well... ppl who are aromantic can still be in romantic relationships! Or people who are asexual can still want sex!'

Yes, I fully agree as a aromantic asexual. But... can you explore the character without that element also? Are you capable of looking at a character and not trying to pair them? Can ppl who don't want those things exist in your worldview?? Are you actually capable of accepting aromantic people who don't experience love and are repulsed by romantic love? Can you be normal about asexual ppl who don't want sex??

shout out to disabled people with mouth and jaw issues, pain or differences. people who have lost teeth and if affects how they can eat, who can't chew, can't close their mouths fully, get jaw pain, move their mouth differently to other people, have facial differences, can't open their mouths wide, whose upper and lower teeth don't align and such. there's a lot of judgement involved in how people's faces look, how they move, how they speak and eat. a lot of social activities involve eating and speaking with people, and if you struggle in a very visible way to do this as an abled person would, it can become very difficult or alienating. this is not a universal disabled experience and it is our responsibility within the disabled community to not alienate our own, or perpetuate ableism

Ig in honor (or dishonor??) Of TSwift album release (???) Albums I consider better than that album (I have not and have no intention of listening to it to judge but I doubt my mind would change)

Top 5 (6) albums because I will always love full albums okay-

1. Let Your Dim Light Shine by Soul Asylum (1995) - this is fully personal. Is this objectively the best music here? Probably not. But it was the first time I sat down and listened to an album and felt something and started everything for me you know? Musical awakening or something. I do think it's good though but I love soul asylum

2. Hyperspace by Beck (2019) - I also love Beck but this album is actually so good, anyone I've recommended it to actively enjoyed it m, got me through some shit 🙏

(now where things get tricky)

3. Babel by Sam Tinnesz (2017) - an album I listened to a lot several years ago but really stuck with me, although I do like all of his music this album is the best (my opinion, specifically love Sound off the Sirens)

4. Subway Songs by Rebounder (2020) - technically an EP but im counting it bc I don't care it's my post anyways I love it more people should listen to it please

5. Tie between Wallow in It by DREAMERS (2023) and WEEDKILLER by Ashnikko (2023) because that's how my 2023 went start to end a lot of shit happened and the differences between the albums conveys that

I must not mock Gen Alpha. Mocking Gen Alpha is the mind killer. Mocking Gen Alpha is the little-death that brings total generational solidarity obliteration. I will engage with Gen Alpha lovingly.
