It was one of those “draw your oc in this fit” challenges, except i had to modify it because the OG dress does not lend itself to those who have no neck. I literally googled “dress that accentuates shoulders” for the second ref lmao.

Hetír is my orc oc, he’s my go-to when drawing bc of how fun his build is. This is actually the first time ive drawn him with his hair loose, usually its braided back

My thoughts under the cut

Really proud of em, gots the strong posing, the nice color schemes, the little details. Technically I finished Argo and Fitz a while ago, but I was struggling with Firbolg and it didn’t feel right to post only 2 of 3. Happy i waited tho bc they turned out so nice.

Out of the three designs, Argo is the closest to my original, color scheme and all. I was able to realize that sweet sweet shape. Fitz gots some updates, I redesigned his hammer mainly, plus a tweaked outfit and color scheme. Snippers stays a hermit crab bc even tho i realized later he’s a normal crab, he’s forever a hermit in my heart. And Firbolg is probably the most change, my old design was very… lumpy. But I’m really happy with how elegant he looks now. Just, god, the movement I was able to capture is so cool. The lightning, the clothing flow, Fitzroys ass. Good shit 👌

I have the honor to present: my TS Big Bang piece!!

I collaborated with the wonderful @annaizscribbling to make art for her fanfic “The Only Ghost I know is Me”

This story inspired me to push my artistic boundaries, and i can honestly say ive never created a piece quite like this. Y’all should definitely check out the fic, its fantastic.

This piece goes directly with chapter 7, so imma put my rant under the cut because ✨spoilers✨

HANDS. EVERYTHING IS HANDS AND IM SO PROUD OF THE HANDS.

Imma infodump here because sure this is symbolism but I love overexplaining 😌😌😌

So this piece is the passing of the amulet from the father to mother to Logan.

His father died, and his hand hangs limp, with blood dripping down, the necklace slipping from slack fingers.

His mother is desperate to hang on to her husband’s memory, so she’s gripping tight, tight enough that her palm bleeds and damage is being done, but still clinging anyway. Despite all her efforts though, she too died, and the amulet still slips from her desperate grasp.

And thus Logan inherits the amulet, with child hands cupped together to catch the amulet that is way to big for him.

The piece was inspired by blackout poetry, and is meant to be drawn on a page of Logan’s explanation journal. The writing showing through the hands. And the amulet glows as if a flame is held behind the page, glowing through the paper.

Watched my all time favorite movie. Spirit. Which BY THE WAY is animated by James Baxter. Who JUST SO HAPPENS to have a “draw a horse” tutorial in the special features. Anyway guess what I did

Took me an hour. A fucking HOUR. That’s NOTHING. I remember following the video as a kid, and being so proud of my shitty little horse. LOOK AT ME NOW.

And since im a nerd, imma explain why each fit for each turtle.

— Donnie: I hate tight stuff on my neck and armpits, so my cutoffs means I can wear tight shirts without the gross underarm feel. Plus they look badass. I feel like Don would appreciate the practicality and vibes.

— Mikey: Its my most artistic outfit! The battle vest was thrifted and sleeves cut, I painted the back patch and sewed everything on by hand, and the earrings were made from an old charm bracelet.

— Leo: Imma be honest, I feel fancy and he feels fancy, its a perfect match. It’s my go-to formal outfit. I 100% put together the fit pretending I was Bilbo Baggins, and that feels on par with Leo’s nerdiness.

— Raph: I wear oversized flannels, perfect for his shell. And the jeans have the biggest pockets, perfect for being over prepared and carrying everything I’d ever need. It’s cozy, and basically my default for school.
