Florida Activities

For my last day I want to make a final post about my last three weeks In this crazy state I have had many fun days, sick days and everything you could ask for. I really do hope to come back to this glorious state of Florida for one more hockey season.

I really hope some day my parents are also able to enjoy this place as long as I have. I will always keep this state as my favorite. I also hope that I can have my grandparents and my brother enjoy it as well.

Florida Activites

It was 2 days ago I went outside and I saw this bright red thing on the ground next to the security gates next to my community. At first I thought it was a huge watermelon but then I took a closer look at a car zoomed by and hit a turtle and sadly it was still alive just suffering on the ground and no one was their to help it. So I just came back each day and it just sat their dead and rotted.

I believe that people need to be more aware of when they are driving. There are many deaths of animals. And it's mainly because people need to simply just slow down and be more cautious on the road as a whole. So from now on when you drive be careful.

Florida activities

When I was on a clear water beach I saw a shark when I was in a boat and the shark was 8ft long and had the biggest teeth I have ever seen. The news was all around my boat and others this had gone viral all over and I got to witness it I find this so cool.

The rate of sharks is not very high around clear water but I saw this one. I was talking to the news reporter he said that there has never really been a shark spotted with this many people present. It is really uncommon to get sharks on film with that many people but they see many sea creatures on film with boats around.

Florida activities

I was downtown Tampa for a weekend and was at the gasprilla festival There were lots of parades with parties and lots of drinking it was really cool to see all the people in their pirate outfits and really support Tampa. Finally the back story of gasprilla is their was a pirate that sailed all the way from Spain and he claimed this land and named it Tampa.

This is the biggest event all over Florida it is just so special because it only happens once a year. So when it comes everyone's excitement is just that much more extatic. The people on my hockey team were even saying there are people that came from across the country for gasprilla.

Florida activities

I went to a florida fair I was with my billet family and they saw a man get shot. I was in the bathroom at the time this happened so I was able to avoid it and I went to take shelter in a building. When I got out of the building I saw the man in cuffs with a hood over his head. I walked past quietly and called my billet mom to get me out of these fair grounds and home. I have a story to tell all my friends back home in Minnesota.

The worst part about this experience is there were guns found in many kids lockers at the schools. Athouritys had to companscatie all of them. And the worst part was there were more than 12 kids at this school that were fully suspended and asked not to ever come back to this school.

Weird Florida experiences

Shortly after my first post on the 29th of January I had a problem with a bottle of sunscreen someone tied it and sealed it with a plaster and I knew I was screwed the weather was so hot. And I am very fair skinned so I knew I was in trouble I woke up the next day after being in that sun for 4 hours and I was a literal tomato.

The craziest part about this is the time of the year when I got this sun burn. As a person from Minnesota we dream of having a hot day in the middle of january. So now I remember whenever I go out on the Florida beach or even in the sun for that matter I always have my sunscreen.

My weird Florida life

On the date of Feb 20 I was walking outside and I heard this really loud screeching noise but the thing is I have heard this weird noise in the past I just didn't go to investigate or look at all. So what I did was went on a walk in the Florida heat and I walked about a block and a half getting closer to this screeching sound. And what I found amazed me it was a huge crane running at me making this sound. I turned the other direction and ran and since that day I haven't walked on that block since.

I believe that there are two many scary animals in Florida in general I mean like for example, I'm walking outside and I just see a massive gator in a pond. The crazy part is it's litealry next to a whole row of houses with children living in them. All I'm really trying to say is if you do ever decide to live in Florida anywhere in the state just watch out for wild cranes and other wild animals.

weird Florida activites

I haven't updated this in awhile so i'm gonna make a few post a month ago I was at gator land in Orlando Florida I saw this kid he tripped and his mom grabbed him right before he fell in the pit of gators. That didn't stop them, there is a place to feed the gators my friend held a piece of chicken out and the gator leaped out the water and grabbed the piece of chicken clean from his hand almost taking his hand with it.

I just want to say be careful if you go to gator land it is no joke. You must always have your head on a look out for gators. You might get a good tourist outlook for sure and get to have the Orlando experience. But at the end of the day be careful or you may become a gators next Orlando meal.

Florida life

My Dog got eaten by an alligator in florida then I had to call my mom and she called 911 then we waited and they had a funeral for my dog and the alligator and my whole family was present. This was so sad because everyone their had a connection to this dog. It was my first dog and only dog. I spent every waking day with this dog. I said bye to him in the morning before school and when I woke up it was my best friend in animal form.

When my grandpa and grandma got the news they were more heart broken than me. Because they grew up with the dog and watched him grow until he was a baby. My mom and dad were sad they put so much money and effort in to make this dog the happiest in the world. I just want to say my dog will be in my memory forever I love him so much.
