these chairs piss me off so bad lmao. in my recent playthrough I saw one and had to pause the game to get my mind around it. why is the seat just some logs. how would I best arrange my cheeks on these logs. could no one be bothered to de-bark the logs. and whyyyyyy are the cut ends facing out so all the stress is on the back and those bowed-in legs 🥲 no perpendicular framing under em either just rope and hope baby. I wanna reconstruct this thing out of spite. oooo check out my artisanal chair, I made it with a hacksaw and some sticks from outside. not only is it painful to sit in but if you shift your weight at all, it will implode. would go great in a $450/night rustic cabin airbnb. this thing is so messed up. elderscrollsconceptart I am sorry for this rant on your post I just saw this chair and started barking. you could say my hatred of this chair is. deep-seated

hey! what would you say are your favorite small, atmospheric mods (like immersion-category stuff)?

This post might interest you: it has a lot of atmospheric mods, though some are big. I especially recommend Ghosts of the Deathbells, Windmills of Skyrim, and Scarecrows of Skyrim :)

This is kind of basic, but I really like animation variants/addons for NPCs. Stuff like EVG Animation Variance and all of CHIMgarden's mods just really add that extra little bit of personality Skyrim's NPCs desperately need

FrankBlack has been doing some cool work with Base Object Swapper to introduce more variety into the game.

Clofas' sound mods are really cool and immersive

some people think writers are so eloquent and good with words, but the reality is that we can sit there with our fingers on the keyboard going, “what’s the word for non-sunlight lighting? Like, fake lighting?” and for ten minutes, all our brain will supply is “unofficial”, and we know that’s not the right word, but it’s the only word we can come up with…until finally it’s like our face got smashed into a brick wall and we remember the word we want is “artificial”.
