[THE LOVERS] - What do they consider to be the "perfect partner", be it romantic, platonic, alterous, etc.? Is there someone like that in their life?

What with the safety of England in her hands, and her focus predominantly being on eradicating vampires, Integra hasn't let the idea of a "perfect partner" truly ruminate. Though, it would suffice to say that such a being would be one who understands the work and the risks, and dedication that come with it. They must be strong-willed, understanding, patient, and ambitious. Signs of shyness or a fragile display would not keep her attention. She can be cold and domineering, so they would need to be able to stand their ground and demand respect in a similar way to her own.

Depending on the timeline and verse, there are possibilities and the presence of all of those relationships. If we follow the primary canon timeline, I personally see a very close platonic/familial bond with Walter, a potentially alterous albeit complicated due to dynamics one with Alucard, and similarly a platonic one with Seras. I would also like to point out a somewhat familial inclination between Sir Penwood and Integra given their interactions during her childhood and later on in her adult years.

[THE HANGED MAN] - Would they sacrifice themselves, literally or metaphorically, for those close to them? If so, what kind(s) of sacrifice would they make?

[DEATH] - What is their view on the cycle of life? Do they believe in reincarnation?

[TEMPERANCE] - Are they a patient person, or do they tend to act on impulse?

[THE DEVIL] - Which of the capital vices is your muse tempted by? (Pride, Greed, Wrath, Envy, Lust, Gluttony, Sloth)

[THE TOWER] - Are they a destructive individual (be it literally or metaphorically)? If so, how?

[THE STAR] - What is their health like? Do they consider themselves healthy, or do they feel like they could make improvements to better their health?

[THE MOON] - If they had to choose one trait to describe themselves, what would it be? Is it a genuine answer, or the illusion/persona they put on for others?

[THE SUN] - What makes them feel good? This can be happy, energized, revitalized, etc. It's all about good vibes, so what gives them to your muse?

[JUDGMENT] - What was an epiphany/awakening they recently had? Did they realize something that they've been naive to? Did they discover something about themselves? What happened?

[THE WORLD] - How would they define a utopia? What would it consist of, and do they see it as something achievable?

This was why she was so irresistible to me. Her ferocity reminded me of a fire long forgotten, one of my own. She would deny herself of so much for her convictions alone, I wondered what it would take for her to abandon them. And she was partially right. Certainly I had a difficult time getting my mind off of her at times. The way she could tell you exactly what she needed with a single glance was alluring to me, the way she held power over a being almost as powerful as myself. I'm afraid I could be accused of having a type. I wanted to make her abandon those precious convictions and let her live a little. But she was quite the pursuit. I reached for her, impressed that she did not flinch, and took the cross at her neck between my fingers. This symbol of her devotion to an impotent force held so much for us both. I wanted to rip it, to throw it into the fire and make her want me. But you don't get a masterpiece overnight. I've learned that much. "And I will haunt you while you wake." I murmur, employing what I knew was a honeyed tone to draw her attention to me, to my eyes. And thrill ran through me as her cold gaze met my own, and again I was reminded of why she controlled Alucard. She was not so much different from us at the end of the day. It doesn't take long for aggressive mimicry to become part of the prey that employs it. She could be as much of a monster as we were.

Fear was a distant thing, eluding her at some times like the smoke she exhaled when chewing on the end of a cigarillo. She should feel it now, being so close to the unpredictability of a vampire unfamiliar to her. Alucard posed no threat, given the bonds that kept him at her side, beck and call. This...This was different. She held no control over the vampire before her and would have to move swiftly should an attack be made. There would be no guarantee she would succeed, either. Integra was a formidable fighter, skilled with both bullets and swords, and she had parried with the great Alexander Anderson on one occasion -- but she wasn't ready to push her luck with fate or death just yet.

Arctic eyes held his gaze, unyielding as she stood her ground. Her stance was uninviting, arms crossed over her chest. Her coat was discarded somewhere, but she still wore a pristine white button-up tucked into formal trousers, and one of her favored cravats. This one was a royal blue with her cross pinned at its front. The one he took between his fingers now as she watched him. His words struck a chord, causing a small twitch at the corner of her mouth. Integra couldn't tell whether or not she wanted to offer an amused smirk or a sneer.

"You think so?" she asks, voice cool and level. "I almost wish I could humor you. There are plenty of threats vying for my attention, I don't believe you are one of them."

A bold choice of words that she might come to regret. But for the time being, Integra offers a smile, pleased with their weight and the implication that he couldn't possibly hold a place in her head. To drive the metaphorical stake home...

"I already find myself thinking of better ways I could be managing my time right now."
