silver: that's all. i'm sorry. i need to focus because i'm doing triple to gap. its an inv- its a route i invented but i also lied i didn't actually invent it. i invented the um- the gap- the buried- the buried version of it and i didn't like it that much but then doogile started doing it and then i realized it was actually pretty good! because you don't really know what to do on a buried gap. and buried gap is pretty important for the routes and i coul- (gasps)

i dont play minecraft very often but whenever i do and its like on a server with friends i am a very important part of the ecosystem because im the guy with the flesh collection

i really loved the moments where the dsmp members took advantage of streaming as a medium, but i can really only think of 2 examples

when ponk announced that an ad break was coming, it cut to that godzilla (?) ad that was playing all the time on twitch, but a few seconds in it "glitched" back to a flashback scene in minecraft before the ad finished playing, and ponk didn't acknowledge that anything had happened

when seapeekay went afk in the egg room and left his webcam on so chat could see his chair, and then his character started moving on its' own towards the egg

can anyone think of any other examples i love stuff like this

i did not in fact know that tumblr had a tag limit and i spend five minutes writing a whole paragraph only for it to be gone T-T

anyhow i just wanted to say that procrastinating on this for five weeks was NOT a good idea, cuz i barely crammed this in 3 days and made the deadline, god have mercy on me at least its finished

i finally got around to watching the hbg spelling bee vod. here are my key takeaways:

the thing about ethubs is that like. yeah they would work in other ships. scottho is so interesting. rendubs equally so. etc. i can think of so many interesting ships for either of them. but like. they cannot be normal about each other even when paired with someone else. we saw this in double life. we’re seeing a much more jealousy fueled version of this in our current season. like. it’s not so much “bonded pair do not separate” so much as “we are trying to separate them but they are fighting tooth and nail to go mess with each other again”.

so like. no matter what sort of relationship you’re interpreting them in, they’re fucking insane about each other. and i think that tends to lead to a lot of disharmony in whatever other relationships they have if the other party hasn’t really accepted how ethubs just. comes as a pair.
