ford and bitty watching a football game in the haus living room. neither of them normally keep up with football anymore, but it was something to put on while they were doing homework.

turns out they both get very heated and LOUD at various points in time during this game.

ollie and wicks, nursey, dex, and chowder all come out of their rooms at some point to see what the fuck is going on and one by one they get shushed and stopped from going downstairs. the observation party hides at the top of the stairs to gather data.

whiskey and tango walk in the front door and follow the sounds of shouting. when they pass the stairs, the upperclassmen try to stop them with hand motions and shushing noises but they just walk past.

"huh. i didnt realize you guys watched football," tango says.

bitty and ford immediately freeze. bitty turns beet red. they both stammer and get embarrassed, saying they just got caught up in the moment. ford changes the channel to a sitcom. tango sits down to watch with them. whiskey turns around to head to the kitchen for a snack. the upperclassmen descend, quietly sneaking into the kitchen too.

"you ruined the data collection, tadpoles!"

"what data exactly were you collecting?"

"what- we- just. data! have you ever seen bitty and ford yell like that?"

"not exactly like that, no."

"see? data."
