A Steller sea lion, with a California sea lion in the last three pictures for reference.
I can honestly say I never expected to get to hold one of these in my whole life. They’re really neat animals, endangered enough that almost all aquariums aren’t permitted to house them, and absolutely HUGE. Females typically weigh around 1,000 lbs while males may reach up to a whopping 2,500 lbs (x).
