Single for 128kg|281lbs which moved so good and back-offs 5x3 for 109kg|240lbs (last set shown)…I’m seriously in love with deadlifting again 💕

Since those minor tweaks I’ve made, I feel like my deads have moved like never before. Move like butter. Had a good chat with my coach @smartlifts about my upcoming meet and I cannot wait to see what I’ll bring to that platform in May. So excited! I know the word “addiction” is generally used in a negative way, but I am literally addicted to powerlifting. Thanks @ms.vangainzwyk and @danimacdee for being my cheer squad for my 281 😄
