uh this is 128200.

i didn't come on here looking for sympathy. i don't really try to do that.

the reason why i shared that is because i thought the outcome of the situation was weird, to then find out that it was due to something else entirely

yes the situation got bigger than what it should have and i apologize for it 100% but i was told that i was "misinterpreting/misrepresenting" the issue, even though i was just seeing it the way i saw it from my side

and i did not think that i was "being targeted and bullied" for your information(i did not say that phrase verbatim nor did i think "these players are bullying me" because blocking someone isn't considered bullying) i just thought it was strange because i had been interacting with those users and i, watching my word, did not think i did anything to upset of offend them. you're allowed to block players. i know that and i am very heavily aware of that. i just find it unusual when people i have known for quite a bit or someone who i haven't even met at all blocks me.

i personally do not like having a lot of attention brought on myself, online and irl. and i was not trying to "sling mud" at their friend, i was just saying what i think happened and before before before all of this, i thought i was friends with that player :p

believe it or not i don't intentionally go out of my way to say rude things to/about other players. i try to be as passive and kind as i can, especially in chat, because not going to lie, i've met so many amazing people in chat and i wouldn't like to lose them

the main reason why i quit wasn't just over a background. i didn't see it at first but being on wolvden was really messing with my health :( this kinda helped me see that i care about other people's validation wayyyyy too much, especially from people who don't really care.

and for the other anon yeah i took a small hiatus in april due to a death in the family(no i am not sympathy grasping this is literally what happened and yes my family is okay) and then i took another small hiatus because of finals/AP exam prep and the week i planned to quit was finals week, marching band stuff, and a family gathering so i said "shoot, i might as well, i need it anyway" and left. haven't been on since may 17th. (profile says 18th because i forgot to sign out on my devices so it says i was "on")

idk i might take a day to roll to look at my inbox so if you have a question and want to get the answer from the source go right ahead. i just ask that you don't barge in my inbox 'screaming' and being rude to me. please and thank you.

i know others might have another interpretation of what happened to me like that other anon(it's okay because you didn't know and someone asked about it) but please don't go harassing users over my story.

What happened was that they came here to try to gain some salt blog sympathy... but the person they were salting had "saved the receipts" so to speak. AKA they provided screenshots to show that #128200 was being a big fat fibber and blowing things up more than what actually happened. After being called out for the fibs, they decided they were "being targeted and bullied" by the friends of that person. This "bullying" was in the form of them all just deciding they didn't want to interact with #128200 and hitting the block button which is... normal? when someone makes up nonsense to try to sling mud at your friend. Since they didn't get the right kind of attention, #128200 decided to leave WD. Probably until the scent of shame washes away...

128200... wait, that is ferretwhisper no? I didnt interact with them much, but from what I remember they had a weird (less nice?) relationship with their parents or something so they went on "hiatus" a bunch from chat or something (they put that stuff on their profile and chat so this not me sharing private info). they are a minor so maybe their parents browser locked the site or maybe they just quit since teens are a bit all over the place with their likes?

someone who knows them best or remembers stuff that they said last could give you a better picture

don’t you ever hate it when your projects has to go through multiple generations of wolves to get a few markings to mutate to a combo color or to breed the markings up a slot I swear rng loves and hates me with every salty passion i just want my iridium crawl! Why must it continue to hate me. I will weep if my next few litters fail me. Anyone else out there struggling to breed combos or hets for a project?

last time i checked wd there was a stud named Dravaxil and he's an argent with bloodhound eyes with black crawl in EVERY SINGLE SLOT

so many users make R&C such a big deal when it really isn't

people get so hung up on it! for what? remember: not all wolves even MAKE IT into the chased pool. and if it does? great news but if the encounter is failed, the wolf is attacked in the befriending scene, or you leave the encounter, that wolf is gone forever.

so it's not even guaranteed to survive the void and people are really out here harassing others over a familyless wolf? grow tf up!

to make it clear it is okay if you're polite and follow the user's set rules about nbw and trade inquiries but it's not okay to outright harass a user over an nbw, especially if you're rude from the get go and have no proof(and proof is another story...)

to the anon asking if they are unlucky with r&cers, if you only get contacted by bad r&cers then you might be, I have only gotten great r&cers if you exclude 1 meh one.

but the worse thing is how many people with basic bitch wolves want to get into the whole raise and chase shit, but all they have is t1s with 5 awful t3 markings, try like the rest of us or stop wasting your food and toys with these made to be rechased trash wolves

I completely agree.

I sometimes see that my chased wolf has been found by using the wolf search bar, (that search bar is SO useful, especially for finding chased wolves and specific studs)

but if the wolf is either decorated or has been in multiple packs, then I’m not going to ask them if I could possibly buy it back or not. If they’ve been in another pack, that means they likely bought it from the one who found it and they wanted the wolf. And if they decorated it, I would just feel hella bad asking lol.

To the anon complaining about R&Cers

As a big R&Cer, I think people pressuring others into returning their chases is WRONG and should be condemned. Of course I'm always happy if someone wants to work something out, but if the answer is "no" then you need to immediately respect that. No ifs ands or buts.

If you're unable to chase a wolf and accept that it may be kept by the finder, please do not get into R&C.

Man looking thru the raise & chase thread is so disappointing. People are wasting their time and resources to r&c so much trash that will just get voided. Why.

Some people act like chasers who guilt trip and pressure others to get their wolves back isn't a big deal or almost never happens. Am I just unlucky? I've had several very rude and stressful interactions after politely but firmly turning people down. I state clearly and prominently on my profile for people not to send me offers on wolves that aren't in my sales den, but this keeps happening anyways. The resentment chased wolves sparks between players... I know it's a wildly unpopular opinion, but sometimes it makes me wish NBWs were account-locked.

Salt about the CD system, I have nothing against waiting for my decors to be approved, I get there is a lot, but I wish there was a sort of numbered queue, just so you have an idea where you sit.

I get that smaller decors are easier to approve, and artists who already have a bunch of approved art tend can be looked at first due to the artists already showing they follow and understand the guidelines, but it would just be nice to see the decors waiting for approval get moved closer to being looked at.

I also wish there was more consistency on the reviews between all the people on the CD review team.

im ehh on dropping ids

im curious as to what happened but i dont think its a good idea to drop those peoples ids and get them harassed or blocked by the entire platform for something that couldve just been a one off experience

unless it was something absolutely heinous then yea definitely drop those ids but if its something minor like "oh they were rude one time!" then i wouldnt 🙏
