it kinda feels like the only thing we're meant to be doing this year is internal healing and letting things go. there is so much pain this year so let's not feel bad if we don't do anything 'productive'. just being alive is enough

This pandemic has taught me a lot. At the same time, unfortunately, it gave me tons of anxious moments. It made me think so low about myself. It made me doubt all of the things that I can do. Perhaps all that I need is a constant reminder that I am enough. That I am of value. Perhaps all that I need is a dose of “you’re doing great” every day. And perhaps this is also all that you need. You’re doing great! Get up and fight knowing that you’re never alone. :)
