Stop Crying Your Heart Out || Kenta || MonoThea [RE: A lot]

Following his dismissal of Noel’s apologies, Kenta immediately faced a large amount of backlash from the group. Rather than being taken aback or upset about the way people were talking to and about him, he seemed rather… unphased.

“Y'all really don’t get it, do ya?”

He let out an almost sinister laugh before continuing to speak.

“Kehe… Kehehe… I really don’t care that she saved me or anyone else here. Death is inevitable. Most, probably all of us really, are gonna die here anyway. Who cares. Y'really just wanna jump around a dance for the people runnin’ this whole thing? Woulda been better if she let us all die. Then we don’t even give the sick fuck behind this game a show. But hey, maybe I’m just being petty.”

“And besides, I don’t really care that much about dying considering I’m pretty sure ᵒⁿᵉ ᵒᶠ ʸᵒᵘ ᵃˡʳᵉᵃᵈʸ ᵏᶦˡˡᵉᵈ ᵐᵉ…”

He got a bit quieter, trailing off at the end.

Huh… That was really the only reaction he got out of her? The nerve…

“What do you mean you don’t know who I am? I’m Kenta Kamiya, world famous… World famous guitarist!”

He couldn’t even get through that whole spiel without tripping over his words. So he looked down a bit, like he was trying to hide his face.

“That nobodies ever heard of…”

He let out a deep sigh and shook his head. He wasn’t gonna let some punk get him down like that. If anything, it was best for him to own it. Then nobody could bring him down over it.

“Fine. I’m just a stupid rhythm gamer player. Can’t play a guitar for shit. And I don’t even care anymore. We’re all gonna die anyway, an’ I don’t wanna die feeling bad cuz I got accepted to HPA of all places with the talent SHSL Guitar Hero Player of all things.”

In the span of just a few sentences he was able to rapidly switch between angry, sad, upbeat, and back to angry. It was almost kinda impressive, but still didn’t really make up for his rather lame sounding talent.

Can Y'See It Now? (I Can See It Now!!) || Kenta || Trial 2.2 [RE: Noel]

So she had been the one to commit the murder huh? Oh and there was some sob story attached to her motivations or something? Kenta didn’t really care all that much.

“Look lady, I don’t really care all that much about why you did it. Nor do I really feel bad for you, either.”

He gave a wicked smile, like he had finally lost his mind.

“You have to die now so that the rest of us can live. It’s that simple. Y'coulda just let the rest of us die of that stupid poison or whatever th'heck that stuff was. But y'didn’t. And now we have to go through this whole ‘find the killer’ bullshit game again. I barely even understand how this shit works meanwhile you get a cool mercy kill and don’t have to deal with this stuff anymore. Sounds like you got the better end of the deal, honestly. And you get to look like a hero on top of it all!”

“Whatever, I'm so done right now.”

With that, he went to lock in his vote.

Boy With the Blues || Kenta || Trial 2.1

Realizing that he hadn’t been paying attention to the trial, Kenta finally perked up a bit when someone had brought up his name. Oh it seemed they were trying to figure out what time he had gotten pricked by that awful bracelet thing.

“Oh… Huh… Sorry, I wasn’t really paying attention.”

“You wanted to know what time I got sick at? From that stupid wristband or whatever it was? Yeah, it was sometime super early in the morning. like after midnight though.”

He got a little excited, like he had just figured out something important. Even though it really wasn’t all that useful.

“Based on that time table you’ve all made I’d say it was probably at 3:00 AM on Day 2, hehe. Does that help at all? Eh, I don’t really care either way.”

It was clear that he wasn’t taking this whole murder trial thing as seriously as he should have been,

Kenta walked into the SHSL Fight Director Research lab only to hear a loud frustrated cry. He wasn’t exactly sure what he had walked in on or if it had somehow been his fault. Still, he tried his best to look as unsuspicious as possible... Which in turn probably only made him look more suspicious.

“Huh? Did I walk in at a bad time or somethin’?”

Hearing that she was talking about somebody doing something, probably something that completely messed up her lab or something like that. And now he was probably going to be the target of her suspicions. Especially because he just happened to stroll into the lab uninvited.

“But I mean... Uh... I promise I didn’t do it! Uh... Whatever it is, exactly.”

I Just Want to Know || Shu || CH2 || Closed for Kenta

Some time after the motive announcement, Shu decides to head to her Research Lab for some much needed relaxation. Being stressed would undoubtedly make things worse when the fever hit. To give herself a better chance at fighting this, she needs to hold onto her sense of inner harmony.

Running through her iaido forms is a meditative experience for her, and one she very much looked forward to as she reached the second floor. A smile on her face and one of her dad’s old songs playing in her head, she goes to the wall of weapons.

And discovers that her swords are gone.

Her swords…

are gone.

She lets out a frustrated scream before she finds her words.

“What the hell?!!! Who did this? Who?!!”

A Bell Will Ring || Kenta || Trial 1.1

Since everyone was doing intros, no matter how lame and pointless they felt to him, Kenta figured it’d be awkward if he didn’t introduce himself as well.

“Kenta Kamiya, world famous guitarist. Don’t forget it.”

On the subject of the murder though, he was admittedly pretty clueless. There was lots of talk about how long it would take to travel between locations by train and by foot. What was he? Some kinda a loser that carried a stopwatch with him at all moments to try and figure out the exact speed that he travels from point A to point B?

“As I’m sure you’re all aware of at this point, but I have an air tight alibi as Miss Wasure and I were together at the time of the murder. Miss Nakasone did join us as well, but at that point the murder had already gone down. I dunno if she coulda gotten back to us so quickly if she was the culprit, but I also don’t really care enough to weigh in on that. But I’m thinking about the initials you all keep mentioning. If we’re assuming that VR stands for Visor Red, the victim’s personal… alias. Then wouldn’t it make sense that NN could stand for another codename like that?”

“Also, off topic but doesn’t anyone else think it’s suspicious that the victim’s lab had a secret passageway hidden in it. Y'think all of them have that? What made him so special. If you ask me, I smell a setup.”

There’s been a small misunderstanding between the two of them, he realizes after blinking in confusion for a second or several.

“No, no you totally were stabbed! Multiple times! More than once, y’know? Like, not here, but….”

And then he realizes something else that’s strange.

“You were in a Hope’s Peak uniform! Isn’t that weird?! You, like, don’t remember goin’ to Hope’s Peak, right? Like, before waking up to all of this?”

He’s gesturing wildly now, realizing that he should probably take a moment to explain himself, clear the air, as it were, of things that might further convolute their conversation (which… really should’ve happened first, but better late than never, right?).

“‘m talkin’ about the memories! I went in that weird tent thing and got tossed in the middle of some chaos and you… I saw you get stabbed! With a ruckus like that… hell, you really shouldn’t be alive right now, unless you managed t’ crawl away to safety or something, but even then…”

Kenta stared back at Lucky in a wave of confusion. He wasn’t entirely sure how to respond.

“I dunno what to tell you, dude? I definitely didn’t get stabbed. You must be thinking of someone else.”

But after learning the fact that Lucky had been talking about the memories from the motive, it made all the more sense.

“Well... Don’t you think that motive thing was already suspicious? Like, how does that even work? Is that even scientifically possible? To, like, take people’s memories and then like give them back in small specific pieces? Like, I’m a musician and I dunno shit about science but that seems highly suspect to me.”

“Besides, like I said, I’m fine. That shit’s just messin’ with your head.”

He takes a second to process all of that, it’s a little difficult for him, this conundrum of tangled words that’ve been hurled at him at a speed and frequency that he definitely isn’t used to before he seems to reach a conclusion:

“Th-that totally isn’t important right now! You–”

He takes a step forward, pointing an unreasonably accusatory finger towards the other.

“You’re that guy! The one that got stabbed! Like, I totally saw it with my own two eyes! In that weird – tent – thing?! Like, that was definitely you are you, like, okay?! After getting stabbed like that?! You’re not a ghost right?! Because that’d be totally awesome –!”

Whatever it is he’s talking about, it seems like he’s taking it as fact.

Kenta looked over at the other student in confusion.

“’Scuse me? I didn’t get stabbed, dude.”

That sure wasn’t the response he had been expecting. Especially when he was the one that had initially planned to confront the guy.

But then he realized what was going on. He must have mistaken him for that other guy... Uh... What was his name again... Ah well.

“Ah that’s it. You must be thinking of the wrong guy. The kid in the cap was the one that got stabbed. I’m perfectly fine, as you can see. A perfect specimen if you will.”

After the motive was revealed, Kenta just kinda sat there with a confused, unamused look on his face.

“Huh… Neat, I guess.”

He didn’t exactly seem that bothered by the whole thing, nor did he really seem to have any interest in trying it out and seeing what memories he mght recover. The fact that the woman pitching the moment had to keep going ‘no guys, I swear these are real memories’ just made it obvious that they were fake. So what was even the point.

Instead he noticed someone else standing around after the motive had cleared. He moved towards the other student, Lucky to be specific, and confronted him head on.

“Hey, what are you still doing hangin’ out here. And don’t think I don’t know that you think that I know that you think you’re the coolest guy around here. Well you’re n-”

“Wait… I definitely said that wrong, didn’t I…”

Champagne Supernova || Kenta || Prologue [ATTN: Tsukiko]

In the outdoors area Kenta sat on his knees looking down in the lake. After traveling all the way through the area to get to the very end and be rewarded but nothing but a giant boring lake was beyond disappointing.

Yet still, the sign above it had his curiosity piqued. It mentioned something about throwing coins in. Not that he had any to throw in, but that was besides the point. He wasn’t after any made up superstitions, he wanted other peoples’ money.

He leaned over a little closer to see if there were any coins that he could scope out, but nothing caught his eye. But just as he was about to get up he noticed someone had come up behind him.

“U-Whoooooaaa!!”

With that he went splashing into the lake in front of him. Quickly he scrambled to get back out, but he was completely drenched at that point.

“What’s the big idea buddy. Couldn’t have been any quieter, huh?”

(Get Off Your) High Horse Lady || Kenta || Prolouge (ATTN: Kioku)

In the war room, Kenta was busy fantasizing about a grand battle happening, despite the fact that he was the only one in the room. Grabbing a hold of one of the horse plushes, he began moving it up and down to simulate the motion of a horse galloping. Although with the size of the thing, it was a bit difficult.

From there here felt the best course of action was to get on top of it and start to ride it, like a real horse. And just as he climbed to the top of it he noticed another person walk in on him. It was another one of his classmates, a girl with a large, exaggerated cowlick.

Rather than being embarrassed or attempting to hide what he was doing, instead he opted to really just make it worse.

“You there!” He shouted in her direction.

“What shall it be? Do you oppose me in this great war? Or shall we be allies? Let this be the most important decision of your life!”

Everything had happened so suddenly. At first Kenta had just been on his way to some prestigious school that had given him a once in a lifetime opportunity. Of course, not like he really cared about any of that stuff, he cared more about the kinda people he’d meet there. More specifically, the ladies that he might meet there, ehehehe.

But… That all came crashing down, quite literally. Then upon waking up he was in some messed up mix between a fantasy land complete with cotton candy colored tour guides mixed with a dingy subway station. A combination he couldn’t say he had ever really thought about before.

And on top of all that, what had even happened to him? Was he alive? Was this the afterlife.

So many questions… Must… Not… Scr

“Phew~! Got that out of my system. I’ll confront that emotional trauma later. But first…”

He looked over and noticed that his intense screaming had caused some stares in his general direction. So what better to do than to confront one of them. Walking up to one of the ladies he tried his best to be suave and cool.

“Why hello there darling. I’d ask if you if I died and went to heaven, but uh, I think I might actually have. So it’d probably just be better if I asked you, uh, how your day’s been going?”

Big Brother Simulator

Here’s the RWC2 big brother simulator!

For those that don’t know the format, each week of Big Brother is essentially split into 3 sections.

Head of Household: Everyone except for those that have already been evicted as well as the previous Head of Household will compete in the HoH competition. The winner will not only be safe for the week, but will also be tasked with selecting two other members of the house to be nominated for eviction.

Power of Veto: The HoH and their two nominees will each draw chips with different houseguests names on them, randomly three other people to compete in the PoV competition. There is also a “Houseguests choice” chip that will allow the person that draws it to personally pick someone to participate in the competition. The winner of the PoV competition will win the golden power of veto, which allows them to remove one person from the block and force the HoH to pick a new nominee. The veto holder is also immune from being the replacement nominee.

Eviction Voting: The two nominees remaining on the block have a small window of time to campaign to stay in the house. On eviction night everyone still in the house besides the HoH and the two nominees will vote for which of the nominees they wish to leave the house. The person with the most votes is evicted and out of the game.

Once only two houseguests remain the players that placed 3rd through 13th will be brought back to form “The Jury”. The 11 jurors will each get to vote for which of the two finalists they want to win. Whoever receives the most votes wins the game.

Click here to play out the simulation. As long as you don’t mess with any of the game settings it should be the same for everyone.
