I hear people all the time complaining about wanting a boyfriend, a house, or their dream job — like it’s the hardest thing in the world to get. And every time, I just say: JUST MANIFEST IT.

When I say that, people act like I offended them. They give me the dirtiest side eye ever. Like, no it can be that easy, I have been strugling with this for x amount of years. But honestly? It can be that easy. You can change your circumstances. You can do anything.

When you truly realize that, youwill want to manifest anything. Want cake? Just manifest it. Problems? Manifest a solution. Life isn’t about waiting for things to happen; it’s about knowing you have the power to create your reality.

We all manifest all the time just subconsciously. But you? You’re one of the few who actually knows about the Law of Assumption. That’s rare. Most people suffer, trapped by their circumstances. But you’re not one of them.

This found you for a reason: you weren’t meant to suffer. You were meant to have anything you want. Didn’t like the season finale of your favorite show? Just manifest a different one. Having a problem with your coworker? Manifest the version of them that’s easy to work with, or the version of you that handles it with ease.

You’re manifesting every single day, whether you realize it or not.

So when something bothers you, remember this: YOU CAN MANIFEST A DIFFERENT REALITY. Always.

My friend @fadel-dani and his family haven't been able to eat bread for three days!!! The famine and war in Gaza have intensified, the bombing has increased, and the blockade has tightened, with food shortages increasing daily. The price of a 50kg bag of flour has reached 500 euros. This is unacceptable. Everything is getting more difficult, and the bombing doesn't stop. They need help!!!

Even worse, Fadel was injured when their home was bombed while they were inside. Fadel was left with shrapnel from the explosion and needs urgent surgery outside Gaza. He also suffers from thalassemia and needs a monthly treatment of 400 euros, which he can't afford now. He also suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder because his previous campaign, which raised nearly 15,000 euros to enable him to undergo surgery, was deleted. It's Juneteenth, I'm a Black Texan, descendant of enslaved Black Texans. Texas is the only state that fought two different wars to protect slavery and chattel slavery ended the last for it. Juneteenth to me is to celebrate that part of overt white supremacy coming to an end, but it was not the end of white supremacy. It did not stop, with the lynching, the police violence, the redlining, the environmental racism, the segregation. Juneteenth represents a good win aganist the fight against white supremacy, but it's not over.

And for this Juneteenth, I ask for help for my friends that are the victims of this same US white supremacy. Not just today, but everyday Gazans deserve any type of help that you can give them. The technology that is used to segregate and attack and police and destroy Palestinians is the same technology that is sold to Texas to be used for the border patrol and to harass and control immigrants and border communities. This is one, connected fight aganist white supremacy and US control and destruction of Black and Brown bodies. So I ask today if you could donate this, or share, to help provide for a mother and her 2 now fatherless children in Gaza, or anyone else in Gaza who needs help. Like this family with a sick baby. Today, I want to share with you what happened to my father just a few days ago.

Amid the deliberate starvation we’re enduring, the insane spike in prices, and our forced displacement from the Shuja'iyya neighborhood in eastern Gaza City, We had left behind a sack of flour and a few cans of beans.

But a few days ago, my father made a difficult and dangerous decision. He risked his life to go back and retrieve them.

Imagine that… My father nearly lost his life over a sack of flour and a few canned goods!

And yet, thank God, he returned to us like a hero .. like a triumphant figure straight out of a Hollywood scene.

His survival alone felt like a miracle.

Don't get used to this scene.
