This weekend we finished our 5 foot Rustic Round Table project. It has a single 5 1/2” wide pillar with rounded feet and a farm style X for support. We planed and removed the groves from the table top and then stained it in Jacobean. My Dad even helped cut the circle on the bandsaw. The last picture was an additional request from the customer to finish they’re new mantle the same way. This Farm Style Coffee Table and End Table set was painted with a unique blue distressed top and white distressed bases. We also used the jointer planer on the tops to remove the groves for a smooth finish. I think the lack of bread boards give these tables a cool different rustic look from our regular style. This Christmas Eve we finished the guitar stool just in time for Christmas morning. The stool seat is walnut with mahogany and maple stripes and the legs and stand are reclaimed maple and more walnut.
