Gi-hun proving In-ho wrong by saving In-ho against In-ho’s will and showing In-ho that people are good, that Gi-hun is the proof that people are good, that even after everything In-ho puts him though, Gi-hun still refuses to let In-ho turn him into another masked monster.
Gi-hun proving In-ho wrong by saving In-ho’s life in the end and showing In-ho that, even after everything In-ho has done, Gi-hun still doesn’t see him as a monster but a person who’s been wronged and is wounded. (The mask is the monster, the Front Man is the symbol of a monster. But In-ho is not; In-ho is a person, wounded and lost, but still a person.)
Gi-hun guiding In-ho back towards the right path where, instead of sacrificing himself and dying, In-ho gets to live and heal because of Gi-hun’s faith in people.
I wrote a fic about this here!

The real Squid Game villains are the games, the system, the corruptions, the VIPs and rich, powerful people.
In-ho has made mistakes and done terrible things, but he’s also trapped, wounded, traumatized and is as much of their victim as Gi-hun is.

Imagine how cunty it’d be if when In-ho and Gi-hun saw each other face to face again it was Gi-hun sitting on the Front Man’s chair (that one chair In-ho always sat on), In-ho thought Gi-hun was still down there in the dormitory with the rest of the Players when he walked into his office, still wearing the Front Man’s mask, and suddenly Gi-hun turned the lights on, still seated on In-ho’s chair and said, “Hello In-ho.”
OR
Imagine this being how In-ho and Jun-ho reunited. Jun-ho sitting on the Front Man’s chair and catching In-ho off guard by saying something like, “Hello, hyung.”

SA mention
We all know the VIPs are creeps and we saw them sexually harassing staff members, and so far we never get any direct confirmation one way or another if Front Man's even safe from them or if he's also one of their, well, victims. We do know, however, they're more powerful than Front Man, and Front Man, just like every other staff member, serves them. So it's not really a stretch to suspect he's been subjected to the same abuse his staff members go through.
Like, I'm not trying to make "excuses" for him when Jun-ho was assaulted. In-ho may or may not have known it was his brother behind the mask that day. And yes, it would have been great if he stepped in and stopped that VIP. But the thing is that we don't know if he even could, if any attempt to save Jun-ho would be seen as an act or rebellion that would be met with a far worse punishment for both him and Jun-ho.
"Why did In-ho just let it happen?" We don't even know if In-ho himself is also a victim when it comes to this. And if he really is one, then God knows how long—how many years—it's been happening to him.

Hey so you're fucking disgusting!
according to most popular ao3 fics, characters say this to each other before they have sex. but as much as I’m flattered by the courting, I’m afraid I don’t fuck someone who looks like this

but good luck though! maybe the next person will be desperate enough to take you under their sheets ❤️

thinking about this scene where Gi-hun dreamed about the Front Man and
1.) how did Gi-hun know how the Front Man looked like when he never saw him before? (the part where Jun-ho described to him about how Front Man wore a mask was after the dream)
2.) I know it was a dream and anything could happen so this is just a silly thought but if both of Front Man’s hands were full here, how did he press Gi-hun’s doorbell? repeatedly.
because it’d be awkward if Gi-hun opened the door to Front Man with one of his legs all the way up trying to press that doorbell with the tip of his shoe.
Front Man with his leg still in the air: “can you get back in, open the door again in 2 seconds and pretend you didn’t see this?”
Gi-hun:
