I started this as a tribute to Bob Vylan's new album, Humble as the Sun, but it's been a month since then so I don't know if it's still relevant. And yet. Before you say anything about the shading, know that I literally just have started teaching myself how to shade skin and I still don't get it. Anyways, Hobie Brown listens to Bob Vylan. I made Emily look more Black because while I think she's repersented well in the writing, she isn't drawn with many black features or natural hair, which I think she deserves

I also gave Sumi socks because I didn't wanna draw feet

hey artists who use procreate: what brushes do you recommend for coloring and line art? I still haven't figured out what works best and my hard airbrush (which seemed most likely) just won't work, I assume because procreate hates me
