It’s said that the youth has everything to be happy about but as a generation with the least responsibility, young-adults actually experience a very high level of strain. While some stress can be good for us and push us towards growth, if extending over a long period, it can be really risky for one’s health. The part-time jobs, assignments, future, what next worries students. Many students feel stressed in their life and it ends up taking a toll on their happiness, health, and grades.
As a student, the future always seems bleak and a life filled with responsibilities. EAT FRESH
This might seem like something everyone says but it really works wonders. Watch what you eat and drink. Your body is like a temple, make sure you only put in good. Eat fresh vegetables and fruits. Drink lots of juice and increase your intake of Vitamins. It might be tempting to grab a pizza when sad, but try cooking the same it’s therapeutic.
