After the article of the news Outlet that suspected her being the one cheating, just because she spend a lot of time with JJ, she got dragged by the internet. The news were false, yet nobody knew the full truth.

This song she wrote originally after Grady’s second or third time cheating, she changed some things around before recording it. This songs shows, that Rafe didn‘t needed to lie to her, because she lied to herself in the last couple of months in their relationship. After the initial break up she saw a lot of things, things she ignored because she was in Love with him or better to say the version she fell in love with. She started to realize that the Rafe she loved, was gone for the last couple of months.

Moving on hurts, at the beginning it hurted like nothing more. While a lot of songs are from the past, this song is a new written one. It‘s about how Y/N still misses Rafe, all the sings they did, but in the end it will never be like that again. Y/N tries to move on, yet she still misses him even if she is not showing him that. She is sorry for missing him, because she feels like Rafe only wants the version of her at the same time back, that he once knew.

This song was written when Y/N was in the Anger stage, it‘s about how she is either going down or getting him back. She was mad as hell. She‘s either being his wife at the end, or she‘s destroying everything he loves. It honestly gives crazy vibes, but she was angry and depressed.

I feel like this song is a little tie to the line "let’s fulfill the prophecy“ from Bed Chem. Because Y/N feels like the Prophecy has changed, the guy she loved more than anything and had a future build out with, left her. She felt like nothing made sense anymore, nothing was worth it anymore. She was like "if he can‘t love me, who can do it truly?“, "Am I really that unlovable?", "Will someone truly love me for the rest of my life?“, it hurted more than anything.

The depression stage was probably the worst stage for her. It‘s about how Rafe and Y/N nearly had it all, the white picked fence life, High school sweethearts to growing old together with probably one or two kids. Yet everything they talked about was just some empty words for Rafe in the last moments, she just wished that she could take everything back. He told her she was the love of his life, turns out he just lied about never leaving and he will forever be the loss of her life.

This song was written sort of in retrospect of the beginning of it all, she looked back onto the time shortly before he first cheated. She realized that back then, the relationship was sort of physically over for them, but emotionally no one could let go just yet. It all started there, how it was already over even though it wasn’t fully over yet.

ABOUT:

She wrote this song first during his addiction and her struggling with it, how she can‘t see through him anymore. Looking back onto that song and having the momentarily situation, she realized that it still fitted perfectly. She realized how at the end, she couldn’t look through him anymore, she couldn’t read him anymore like a book. She slowly gets into acceptance of it being over.

This song was probably written during the Time in Toronto. Even tho she posted about her and them partying, she couldn't stop thinking about everything. So she wrote this song to cope with her feelings, wishing that Rafe just feels the same way about the break up like she does. That he can't stop thinking about her.

Y/N wrote this song after the Video came out, after she watched it, everything came flooding back in. The distance between her and Rafe months before the Break up, the way she felt just lonely at the end of it, even though she should have been the happiest. She was thinking about the Time during the first and last time he cheated, if he just imagined them everytime they had any form of intimacy.

This song was written, while y/n realized that she is slowly moving on with JJ. After Rafe's 10.000 time to talk to her, she couldn't do it anymore. She choose to chose herself first. This song was written after the final talk of her and Rafe, where she finally ended things for good. She let out all her last feelings, and the jealousy she had. While also acknowledging how far she has come, from the first fight to the final moment of peace. It's a song as a last goodbye.

This song was the first thing she looked backk to when she heard about the pictures, she started it differently and went back to it multiple times. It's her finally realizing that she was in love with the image of Rafe in her head, the image that she made all those years ago, while also clearly hinting that she means Rafe. It's about how she realized that the past months were just a one sided thing, her watching him, living his best life still in love with him and then realizing it wasn't mututal.

This song was chosen as the final song, because it reflects y/ns final goodbye to her relationship with Rafe. Acknowledging her mistakes, but also how blindsided she was, because of the optimism she had for their relationship. How she ignored the obvious signs, because she didn't wanted to believe that their happy life is a lie in the end. While accetoing the facts of the failed relatonship, she finally accepts that sometimes, even the closest person to you can turn away and leave. So when Sarah realized this song was about the night with her brother, she regretted every single choice she had ever made. ▸ BUSY WOMAN ABOUT: This song is one finally fun take on Grady, it picks fun on how Grady wanted her and she played the ideal partner but also rejected her at the same time. It just shows that she tried to not give a fuck about the rejections all the time, but even if it hurt at the beginning now she looks back on it and laughs. ▸ INTO YOU ABOUT: Another love letter to Rafe from the beginning of their relationship. While yes, they both were in love with each other, he was also kind anxious about it just like her. This was her message to him, that even if everybody is watching, they could still keep a bit of their relationship private and to themself. Nobody knows them like they do, even in the spotlight with fame nobody still did that. ▸ MONOPOLY (FT. SABRINA CARPENTER) ABOUT: The collab with Sabrina was a wish from friends, they got to be really good friends.
