We Stick Together
Pairing: Gendry Waters Baratheon x Sibling!Reader
Request:   "I wasn't more then four or five when the world started taking from me" w/ Baratheon reader and brother!Gendry. I've been dying for something like this, please???
A/N: I really love Gendry okay.
Wordcount: 939
Tumblr media
You stay close to your brother's side as the pair of you arrive on the shores of Dragonstone. The his history with the place making you more uncomfortable than you were able to voice. Your brother was all you had in the world, and the thought that someone would want to kill him simply for the blood the two of you shared made you sick to your stomach.
Gendry claimed he trusted this Ser Davos though that did little to settle you, even with his Fleabottom accent, all you knew was that one day Ned Stark had appeared at your brother’s workshop then soon after he had lost his apprenticeship and disappeared the two of you seperated by Lannister men, only to return months later full of news that the late king Robert was your father.
At the time you had thought it was crazy, now with all you had heard on the boat ride it seemed like the least of your worries. So you kept your arm through his and prayed that the two of you weren’t about to be dragged into another trap.
“We’re leaving today, the King’s got on a lot on his mind,” Ser Davos spoke, pulling you from your mind as you tried your hardest not to slip on the sand.
“I understand,” Gendry’s voice came from beside you.
You stayed quiet as the two of them spoke, like you had on the boat, you trusted Gendry to keep you safe. You trusted your brother more than anything or anyone else in the whole world, and besides you had learnt the hard way that men typically preferred it when girls stayed quiet.
“He doesn’t need to be thinking about harbouring the bastard children of a dead king,”
“You don’t have to worry,”
“You're just Clovis and his sister Ellia, a smith who’s come to pay his respects before the two of you go to work at Winterfell,”
“Understood,” Gendry nodded as the three of you came to the mouth of the cave. You could see the lights of the candles within cave and hear the echo of noises from inside and you felt yourself tense.
“Beggin’ your pardon your grace,” Davos spoke after the three of you had wandered inside.
“You survived Kingslanding,” The Snow King greeted as he turned to Davos, a slight look of shock betraying his features at the sight of you and your brother. He wasn’t wearing a crown you noted. He looked more like a highborn lord than a king. He was charming to look at however, not at all as wolfish as you had pictured.
“Your grace,” Davos spoke upon seeing his reaction. “This is Cl-”
The knight was interrupted by your brother stepping forward. “The name’s Gendry your grace,” You cringed. “I’m Robert Baratheon’s son... Bastard son, and this is my little sister Y/n,”
You take your step closer to him then, hitting your brother’s shoulder. “We were meant to keep that between us,” You hiss daring to be as scolding as you could given the company you were in. Gendry then looked between you and Jon.
“Our Father’s trusted each other, why shouldn’t we?”
The wolf king’s gaze fell to the floor as he took a minute to think. “I saw your Father once at Winterfell,”
“I met your’s at my shop,”
“You’re a lot leaner,”
“You’re a lot shorter,”
You held your breathe, while they spoke, you're not sure why but there’s some degree of tension between them. You could try and guess what your brother was thinking, but you had given up on such attempts long before.
Still the northern king grins.
“I grew up on stories about them,” He admits happily
“All we ever knew was that they fought together,” Your reply “And won,”
“Ser Davos told us where you're going your grace and why,” Gendry continued “Let us come with you,”
“Don’t be fools,” Davos replied his shock clear “Neither of you a soldiers,”
“No,” You agree “But we’re fighters, we always have been. He won’t be needing Gendry’s skills beyond the wall so at least let us do something useful,”
“Do either of you know how to use a sword?”
“I do,” you answer “This one has a hammer he prefers to use,”
Jon Snow then turned to Ser Davos.
“They can handle themselves I’ve seen it with my own two eyes,”
The white wolf then shook his head lightly his gaze falling specifically onto you.
“I have a sister like you, y’know. She wouldn’t take no for an answer either... Still we could use all the help we could get if you two really are certain,”
“As my father used to say,” Davos added. “Than dead for the rest of your life,”
Gendry turned back to the Knight then.
“I owe you my life twice over, my sister’s too, but if your right then we can’t just wait out this war.  I wasn't more then four or five when the world started taking from me, it’s about time I took something back for her sake,”
Your arm had fallen away from your brother’s arm when he stepped forward, so instead you found yourself reaching to squeeze his hand.
“Nobody mind me,” Davos commented “All I’ve ever done is lived to a ripe old age,”
“Your advice is welcome Davos you know that,” Jon replied “But I’m not about to turn away allies when we are in such great need of the,”
That was the matter settled, all that was left now was to attempt to prepare yourself for what was to come, and the prices you might have to pay.

Home Part 3
Pairing: Theon Greyjoy x Reader
Request: Home part three please! <3
Wordcount: 996
A/N: Takes place during and after 7x06 (ok but the unoffical soundtrack for this series is definately I Was Made For Loving You by Tori Kelly)
Tumblr media
Part One Part Two
It was a useless endeavour you knew deep down, the idea that somehow by keeping yourself busy you might be able to distract yourself from the fact that anything could have happened to your brother while you were seemingly the other side of the world. Your heart was with Jon of course, though there was a part of you that couldn’t help but be jealous at the fact you had been left behind. Granted you had never been beyond the wall before, and you were more likely to be a liability than any actual help, but if Jon was Robb he would have had you at his side as easily as breathing.
No stop, you told yourself. Jon was not Robb, anymore than the Theon in front of you was your Theon. Your twin was long gone and your half brother was only doing what he thought was best. Jon was trying to keep you safe. Perhaps he knew that deep down you did not want to leave your once betrothed. Were you really that easy to read?
It was odd the castle being so empty. It was almost like Daenerys had drawn out all the life from the castle, leaving only You, Theon, Missande, Tyrion and a handful of Dothraki guards behind. Dargonstone was quiet without the screeching of the dragons to fill the halls. It made you long for Winterfell, for the howling of wolves with each moon Your Mother used to hate that sound, but then your mother used to hate a lot of things.
You could remember once she had caught you and Theon sneaking around. The pair of you weren’t exactly being discreet of course, you had been far too preoccupied with the feeling of your betrothed’s hands on your hips, his lips on your own to notice who was coming through the passageway. She scolded you for at least an hour afterward, telling you that that was simply not how ladies behaved themselves. But you were young and thought you knew better, becoming far too excited at the sight of a smirk on Theon’s lips. You have taken a thousand scoldings from her now if it meant you could see your mother again.
Dragonstone itself was captivating in a cold kind of way, you were constantly reminded of the fact you were a visitor, simply by the dragons and Targaryen banners that were hanging about the castle, there were several viewing platforms in the open air that looked out on the sea your brother had sailed on days before. You couldn’t help but stand there searching the horizon for the Greyjoy ship they had left in, even if somewhere within you you knew it was pointless.
You had taken to standing out there with Theon, even with everything that had happened between the two of you, his presence was still a comfort, besides it was better for the two of you to be outside alone, then inside where Tyrion could taunt you. The Lannister needed to realise that separated from your siblings romance was officially the last thing on your mind. Whatever you might have had between the two of you, it died long ago.
You stood with silence between the two of you, your head resting against his shoulder, comforted by the fact that even after all this time he still smelt the same. Back in Winterfell the pair of you had been inseparable, causing more trouble than you perhaps should have. It was unsurprising that you were together still
“Do you remember how to swim?” he asked gently, his eyes caught on the wave that rocked back and forth on the shoreline.
“How could I forget,” you replied recalling the memory softly . “Robb almost drowned teaching me. I think you just used used it as an excuse to be close to me,”
The three of you couldn’t have been more than fifteen at the time, back before seemingly everything.
Theon let out a chuckle.
“You were always better than him, he just didn’t want to admit it,”
You shook your head.
“I thought I was going to be lady of the Iron islands, I’d need to need to know my way around the sea,”
With that the two of you fell into silence once more burdened by all the things you had yet to say to one another. So you held onto him, praying that he wouldn’t leave you again.
“I was stupid to leave you behind,” Theon spoke.
Though it seemed more like a comment to himself than meant for your ears, you found yourself answering anyway
“Yes. Yes you were,”
A silence befell the pair of you once again though this time it was admittedly much less awkward. There was so much you wanted to say to him, at this point you simply didn’t know where to start. You could speak of Sansa and the rest of your siblings, of the fact that his tormentor was now dead, or what he thought Robb might have wanted for the pair of you now. Instead you go for something much more simple.
“Do you think Jon and Yara will be alright?” You asked honestly.
You had never met the Greyjoy girl and you knew of her simply from stories and reputation, but from what you had heard she and Theon had become close and you dreaded what losing another person might do to him.
He was quiet a moment longer like he was really thinking about his answer before responding
“They are both strong and awfully stubborn, if anyone can make it back it’s them,”
“If I didn’t know better I’d say that was admiration in your voice,”
“ don’t tell Jon he’s already tried to kill me once”
The sounds of your giggles are interrupted but the sound of Varys approaching.
“Sorry for interrupting my lord, my lady… we’ve had word from Eastwatch the men made it back safely, though it did cost us a dragon,”

And Robb. Robb who had been more a brother to Theon than any son born of Balon Greyjoy’s loins. Murdered at the Red Wedding, butchered by the Freys. I should have been with him. Where was I? I should have died with him.

Hands Of Gold Part 4
Pairing: Jaime Lannister x Reader
Summary:   Jaime Lannister has marrital problems.
A/N: Part Five’ll be up soon!
Wordcount: 1306
Tumblr media
Part One Part Two Part Three
They moved your brother to another tent in the end, it was light you supposed, with dark Lannister red walls much like your own, but in so many ways it was no better than the cell he had been trapped in since the death of your sister. Jaime had a plan you supposed, one he must have simply thought was unnecessary to tell you, still the thought of him mistreating your brother made you ill. You were a Lannister yes, but Tully too leaving you in a terrible position, you knew you couldn’t undermine your husband, especially not in front of his men, that was drilled into you when you were small ‘a wife must never undermine her husband’  but that didn’t mean you couldn’t at least try talking to him.
You stayed with Edmure as late as you could, until the sun was no longer shining and darkness had filled the camp, but then even he had pushed to get back to your own tent.
“A battlefield is no place for a lady,” he had told you. “Even your own camp, I’m amazed the Kingslayer brought you here,”
“He didn’t have much of a choice,”
You wanted to tell him that you had given up being afraid a long time ago, you were the lady of house Lannister after, and that you had guards meant specifically for your protection, but you knew better than to fight with you brother, especially when he has such little chance to take care of you. So you stand, press a kiss to his temple, and make your way back to the tent that held your bed for the night.
It was much later in the night when Jaime finally came in, you had originally attempted to wait up for him, but as the Maester had warned you, you found yourself incredibly tired, longing for nothing but the peace of sleep and the comfort you drew from your husband beside you. It was strange given how much the two of you had tried to avoid each other during those first few months of marriage, that now you only ever wanted him close to you. You could recall your mother telling you that the binding of two souls before the gods was a funny thing, but you had never expected to believe her.
It might not have been love, but at this point whatever you felt for the Lord it was close enough.
You recognise his steps even though he is trying to be quite, slowly you stir from under the from under which you were covered and turn to look over where he is standing. It takes him a moment to realise your awake, giving you a few seconds to look him over. He is already out of his armour, seemingly leaving it in another tent till morning. It was in moments like that, when his face was illuminated in the half light from the candle he was holding, that you realised how handsome he was. His short hair fitting his face in the way longer locks never had. He was tired you could tell just by looking at him, there was something in the way he held himself when he thought no one was looking that made you long to take him far away. Away from the stupid war, or Cersei’s acidic touch, somewhere where it could just be the two of you and the child you were carrying. It was selfish you knew, but weren’t all wives allowed to be selfish when it came their husbands?
“Careful Wife, you’re staring,”
You say nothing for a moment, shifting so you are now laying on your side facing him, your arms resting atop the pile of blankets.
“You say that like it is some crime for a woman to admire her husband,” you say gently your voice sleep ridden.
“Is that what you're doing Y/n Lannister?” he questions with a raised brow “Admiring me?”
He never calls you Tully anymore, you don’t think did even before the wedding. Then it felt like by using the word Lannister he was reminding himself of the burden you were, now it was something different. Cersei meanwhile used your birth as a knife, stabbing it into you whenever she could as if it could separate you and her brother, as if it somehow made you less than them, but you really did not want to think about her right now.
He tugs the tunic he was wearing over his head and you can’t help but think the answer is yes.
“Stop flirting and come to bed husband,” you respond, holding out your arms for him in a rare moment of domesticity.
The next time you awake it must have been an hour or so after dawn, Jaime would have to be up soon, but not before you dealt with what was ailing you. If you had it your way you would have gotten out of the tent and away from Jaime before your stomach decided to empty itself. Instead you only made it to the luckily empty chamber pot before your throat was full of bile.
The commotion you caused awoke Jaime of course, though you cursed yourself for not foreseeing this. Your own mother had been plagued with such a sickness whenever she was carrying a babe, you should have known you would be too even if you had not bore a child before, and after it had happened the past few mornings you should have known that you would get no rest from it.
He was beside you in but a moment, stroking your back and when you were finished he pulled you to his bare chest in the hopes that it might bring you some comfort.
“Shh, shhh it’s alright,” he comforted for a moment, letting you catch your breath, Snatching the breeches he had been wearing the night before and using them to wipe around your mouth. You could almost see him working things out. “How long has this been happening?”
“The last few days,” you answer knowing then that you would be unable to keep the secret to yourself any longer
“Why didn’t you tell me?”
“Tell you what?”
“Don’t play coy with me Y/n, I know the signs of child bearing, I’ve seen them before,”
Before with Cersei you thought bitterly, though you said nothing of the sort. You had never gotten anywhere with Jaime by arguing with him.
“I was frightened,” You admitted quietly not daring to look at his features. “I’ve never bore a child before, for all I knew I could lose it and you’ve been so preoccupied and hurt with what happened to Jeoffry and Marcella that I didn’t want to burden you,”
“Burden me? Seven hells Y/n, did you not think talking to me was a good idea? Am I that bad a husband that I frighten you so greatly? Or am I so dismissive of you that I wouldn’t be pleased?” You can hear the hurt in his voice it cuts you deeper than his sister ever could.
“No Jaime, I just -”
You are interrupted by the appearance of a Lannister man in the doorway and you are suddenly struck by just how naked you seemed there in just a shift and your husbands arms.
“What is it?” Your husband snaps
“Sorry Err Ser Jaime,” The lad stumbles out “There’s a Brienne Of Tarth wanting to see you, she says she has your sword,”
Jaime moves so that he can stand up instantly, grabbing some clean clothes from where he had left them previously and pulling them on roughly.
“I have to go,” He tells you, guard already forgotten. “But we will continue this conversation when I get back,”
Then with a kiss to your forehead he was gone once more.

Pride
Pairing: Tywin Lannister x Reader
Request:  “ Hi 😉 so if you don't mind, can I request something with Tywin Lannister, where the reader is a member of the House Tyrell (#QueenOlenna) looks shyer and calmer than her sister Margery, but when she talks to Tywin, she can't help but being sass like her grandmother, and she is like a intellectual challenge to him, and they begin to fall for each other, and feelings... Is that good to you ? Thank you 😘 “
A/N: I haven’t actually written Tywin before, but this was a lot of fun!
Wordcount: 752
Tumblr media
House pride was not an uncommon occurrence in westeros, children were taught their house words and sigils almost before anything else, or at least that was the way it seemed. Even you had been unable to escape it as you grew up around all the beauty that was highgarden surrounded by your siblings, Willas and his kind smile, Margaery and her beautiful skirts, Loras and the sound of his horses hooves against the earth . You can still remember thinking ‘how could there be any greater beauty than this?’ as you ran around the sun.
You found it however, that other beauty when you were a woman grown and living with most of your family behind the walls of Kingslanding. It wasn’t a physical beauty, no nothing was ever going to compete with the beauty of the rose gardens back home. But the city did offer it’s own flowers to you. A woman could be anything here you noted, a knight, a queen, a whore, an intellectual, the opportunities were endless and you couldn’t help but drink it in like wine. You read, more than you ever had before, flourishing under this new found freedom. Your siblings had their pastimes, pretty smiles and flashing swords. You liked to play the game, like life was a game of chess.
You weren’t surprised when he he found you, it seemed like a person could hardly move for ten minutes without seeing a lion in some form. Your family especially with all the arrangements that were taking place. There were worse cats than the Lord of Casterlyrock of course, you would have taken Tywin’s company any day over that of the Queen mother who was currently set to marry your baby brother, or the kingslayer himself.
"I hear from my Grandmother that you have been hard at work," You say as he comes close, the book in your lap lying momentarily forgotten.
"And what pray tell do you mean by that?" His face is stoic, but his voice gives away his interest.
It was a strange juxtaposition, you noted, the sight of the old lion in amongst the garden. A part of you couldn't help but wonder what had drawn it out into the open air, Tywin most likely didn't have a passion for flowers, and there were better things to do with his time then to simply take a stroll, even if he has halted in front of the bench where you were sitting.
"Well you can hardly deny playing match maker," you spoke with a shrug. "at this rate you will likely have some Lannister cousin proposing to marry me in no time at all,"
"We both know that you would be too much of a challenge for some no name member of my family,"
"Was that a compliment Lord Lannister?"
He simply shrugs before moving to change the subject.
"What are you reading?"
You look down at the book in your lap, fingers moving to fiddle with the covering.
"A History Of Highgarden," you tell him wondering what he had expected you to say.
"Do you miss your home?"
"I miss the gardens, though Kingslanding has it's upsides,"
"And what might they be,"
"Well men like you for one," you state plainly. "The knights at home are good looking, but you would not believe how quickly a girl dies for some decent conversation," That comment makes the semblance of a smile appear on the lion's features.
"Women seem to hold more value here, I suppose that should be credited to your daughter," Cersei Lannister was many things, but a force of nature was by far the top of the list.
"I think you'll find that things like value are created solely by the person it is credited to, a person simply has to hold their head up and other's will take note,"
"That is the second almost compliment you have given me this afternoon Lanister, at this point I have to inquire about your health,"
Your comment made the older man chuckle as you stood from where you had been sitting and tuck the book you had been reading under your arm, hoping you would be able to return to it later after the events of the evening.
“Do you have someone to sit with at the feast tonight Lord Tywin?” You asked playfully raising a brow almost in emphasis of your question.
“Unfortunately not,” he replied amused.
You took your chance then wrapping your arm through his.
“Would you like one?”
