And yet-- you have..... you feel worthless. whoa. hold up bucko. take a step back, okay? Listen to me, you are human. You are Not a mistake. You are Not worthless. You are BEAUTIFUL. You are beautiful and you can be anything and everything. Don’t hate because someone treated you shitty, or your parents aren’t on good terms, or people you thought were “friends” left you, or some dumbass said something about you that isn’t true. Cry when you want to, but let go when it’s time. Don’t hang on painful memories because you’re afraid to let go. let go of things that are in the past; they don’t belong in the present. they don’t belong in the future. they are in the past for a reason. Whether it was years ago or days ago-- the past is the past. leave it there. Forget things that aren’t worth remembering; stop taking life for granted. Live for something. Live for yourself! You are NOT worthless.

Even when you’re watching TV, I bet the ppl whose show you’re watching love you (bc you’re makin them money lolol) But seriously-- I love you. So much more than you could possibly imagine. You are worthy of this world, it’s just the problem is that some people aren’t worthy of you. Never allow another person to make you feel worthless. They’re not worth it. Those kinds of people know they are not worth you, so they make themselves feel better by trying to bring you down with or even below them. they thrive on your misery, so don't give them that opportunity! you’re better than that! you are worth so much more than that!
And it’s okay to slip up sometimes, to err is human. But just be sure to never confuse your mistakes with your value as a human being. It’s not fair to you- it’s not even fair to me. You can’t label someone as “worthless” because of a mistake.
Look, I get it. Feeling worthless is a scary feeling. When you feel like you have no purpose or you failed your purpose or you’ve been betrayed... to feel like you’ve failed not only the people you love but yourself as well... that’s not something that can be easily swallowed. But honestly, every time you fail it is important to just accept it. Don’t denounce it, don’t curse it or yourself. Accept it and realize what went wrong and how you can learn from it.
I see so much potential in you! I can’t wait for the day you finally see what I see in you or even just a part. I hope it is today, or maybe this will at least help point you in the right direction... You are worth more than gold. Your beauty shines brighter than all of the stars in the sky. Your heart, deeper than the deepest ocean. And anyone who tries to make you feel different is not worth a millisecond of your time. Even if it is you, who is trying to make yourself feel worthless you have to know deep down that it’s not true. You are so incredibly worthy of giving and receiving the best love.
Realizing your worth isn’t a quick process, but it is a crucial journey in life. It’s taken me years of being hurt and treated poorly to truly understand that all of those people who treated me poorly simply did not see my worth. Uh oh... so I’m mad at you huh? Are you sure I’m actually upset? Cause sometimes you assume things and you might think I’m mad at you, but I’m not. Sometimes I just get really “out of it” with my dpdr fucks with me pretty bad sometimes and it’s hard for me to communicate what’s going on. So. If you’re not completely sure just talk to me pls :) or try to at least?
But if you are sure and I am mad at you..... jeez hhhh tbh I’m like kinda afraid to ask what you did haha cause I almost NEVER get actually mad at anyone- much less you... so um. You must’ve done something big to really upset me babe lol I’m sorry...
What did you do??? It’s okay tho. don’t worry. No matter how upset I am I still love you. Don’t forget that. yknow... uhhhh I really do like your hugs... you could try that? It might help? Unless I tell you I need space... then just be patient, love ❤ (but I would at least try the hug if u can lol)

Even waters in the ocean get rough, but they calm down eventually. Storms are meant to pass, not last forever. Flowers won’t grow if they don’t have water, likewise, our relationship will remain at a standstill if we don’t sometimes have moments when we’re challenged. We just have to be able to grown through them, and I fully belive we are capable to do so.
So I do want to say that I am bery sorry. I don’t like moments like these just as much as you don’t either... But we can always forgive and move on. No matter what life throws at us, I want you to remember that I am never one step ahead of you or two steps behind you, but always right next to you with each and very step.

So by now you probably figured out that these are “Open When” letters. I don’t know if you have seen/heard of these before, but basically the idea is pretty straightforward.
#1: no peaking! (try to only open a letter if it applies, if not- keep it sealed!)
#2: pace yourself! (there are only so many of these, so try not to open more than one per day)
#3: tell me when and which letters you open! (i worked really hard on these lol I’d love to know what you think)

You’re stressed out? aw fuck, babe I’m sorry :( I know you have a lot going on in your life right now and it can get overwhelming, but I need to tell you something.
breathe. everything will be okay.
I’m sure you’re tired of hearing that, I know I am lol, but it’s true. your problems will fade. just give it time. whatever is bothering you- we’ll find a way to fix it. whatever you’re stressing out about right now will seem insignificant in a few months. you are so much stronger than you think and no matter what, you will get through this.
Try not to overthink… I know it’s hard, but there’s no need to possibly make things seem worse than they actually are. that won’t help at. all. :) just remember: you are incredible. you are such an amazing person inside and out– you are very hardworking and I know you can make it through this. don’t let whatever is stressing you out bring you down, don’t let it get to your head. you are smart. you are strong.
And just so you know, you can Always ask me for help. I am here for you. I’m here for you if you need to talk, or vent, or literally Anything you might need. Please don’t hesitate to let me know if there’s anything I can do for you and I promise I will do my best to help. ummmm go read “open when I’m mad at you” because I probably didn’t do anything.
lmao just kiidddiinnggggg! I know I screw up a lot. I’m sorry. To be honest, I wish you didn’t have to read either of these letters, but I know I’m going to piss you off at some point (and apparently I did). lol I probably have before– and god only knows what I did this time… I know sometimes I can be stubborn, and I’m definitely a smartass… for that- I’m sorry. If I said something mean, I’m sorry. I probably said something that came out wrong– I would never intentionally hurt you. If I did something stupid, ugh… I’m sorry! Sometimes I’m a dumbass. :/ I feel awful and I know I already regret whatever I did because I hate when you’re upset at me… :(
But whatever happened– please remember that I do care about you. If you need, take some time to figure your feelings out and then confront me about it. try to do it calmly if you can so I don’t get all in “defense mode” so we can talk this out… try to keep an open mind for what I might say… If I”m mad at you, which is causing you to be mad at me, pls be patient.
I don't know why you’re mad at me right now, but I’m sure we can fix it. our relationship is worth it. we are far from perfect, our relationship sure isn’t perfect, but I believe in us. Well. Here is another letter I really hope you don’t have to open, but since you did… here we go…………
So we’ve been fighting. shit. what did I do this time lol
Okay. Look- I want to do the right thing here. I don’t know who started this, how it happened, who is more to blame, or maybe it’s neither? whatever. But I do know that none of those things matter. We both are hurt, we both are upset, and I don’t know about you– but I want to be connected right now more than I want to be right. I’m sorry we got into a fight… I hate fighting/arguing with you… but yknow what? I am immensely proud of us both for always pushing through and coming out together on top ❤
If when we were fighting and I said something stupid… you know I am so sorry. Please forgive me- you know I love you! I care about you so much! ❤
I’m not perfect, and I hate to admit it but sometimes I do get upset over nothing, sometimes I say things without meaning to, but no matter what, I can promise you that no one else could love you more than I do ❤ ❤ Just because I’m upset or mad at you doesn’t mean I don’t care about you. There’s a saying that goes: “Don’t worry when I fight with you, worry when I stop because it means there’s nothing left for us to fight for.”
I want us to get through this. I know we can. What really matters is not the fight itself, but the way we work together to solve it. Honestly, I don’t know what I would do without you in my life. idc what’s going on and if we are on good terms or not, because my heart still rests with you. always. remember that.

Open When.. You’re Sick!
Oh noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo babe :/
you’re sick! :( that’s not okay. that’s not good I am so sorry I don’t know what exactly is wrong, but here is some ginger tea if you have an upset stomach and some “throat coat” tea if your throat hurts or feels scratchy… or they both just taste nice and help to soothe…
In any case– you need to get better! So pls make sure you get as much sleep as you can; your body needs a lot more rest than usual right now. drink LOTS of water! Being sick, you tend to get more dehydrated so keep yourself nice and full of water… Also- chicken noodles soup! (put pepper in it) Helps all kinds of sickness- especially colds, plus it’s also soothing and is easy to get down. Don’t forget warm blankets! You’re most likely gonna get cold. It’s just something that happens when you’re sick. Also. tissues. Keep them near- you never know when or how often you’ll need them. I love you! I am ALWAYS here for you– and if you need ANYTHING I will do it. okay? okay.
(and if you’re not too sick to go out, we are going to Yama and getting some ramen noodles. or I can bring you some– they say real ramen is the best a day old??)

Open When… You’re Doubting Yourself!
Oh come on….. really? You’re doubting yourself? okay first off, you shouldn’t be doing that. You are without a doubt, one of the smartest, sweetest, and most beautiful people I know. Don’t you ever let anything or anyone make you question that (even yourself). But I do get where you’re coming from and I honestly doubt myself more than I probably should as well… so alright, listen–
I know this is always a tough thing to deal with and I don’t know what’s going on at this current time to make you feel this way, or even what kind of doubt you’re dealing with, but here’s a quote I’ve always liked:
“Don’t change so people will like you. Be yourself and the right people will love the real you.”
I honestly believe that and the whole yknow, “don’t let society ruin you” kind of stuff. And I believe in you. I believe you are stronger than you think you are and sometimes I think you just need someone to tell you that. You are valuable and powerful and deserving of every chance and opportunity in this world to pursue and achieve your dreams.
Be a bird.
What? Yea, you heard me. Be a bird. A bird sitting in a tree is never afraid of the branches breaking because its trust is not in the branch but on its own wings. Always believe in yourself.
