“Suit yourself!”

Without waiting for any further preparations on the other’s part Bass began preparing his flashy new finishing move. A work in progress, of course. It didn’t even have a cool name yet.

Of course, the first step to any of Bass’ attacks was unnecessary screaming. Then came the sickly purple Bassnium aura that encased his entire body. Then came the tricky part.

Bass half-formed both of his hands into busters, leaving them unstable on purpose as he forced all the energy he could into both of them. When he’d gathered ‘enough’, meaning enough to level a small town, he smashed both of his buster-hands together to form one bigger, less practical one and fired a beam roughly the size of a bullet train. Glassifying the ground in front of him.

…Not that ‘glassifying’ was a real word, mind you, but he would be very particular that was what had just occured.

“Heh…heh…so…how was that?” He asked, once the dust settled.

     Link arched a brow as he watched, lowering his shield ever-so-slightly to get a better view of what the other was about to do. Emerald irises widened as the Wily-bot became encased in the strange, purple aura.. What was he doing? Whatever it was, it looked cool. 

    And then he fired.

    ❝ Whoa ! ❞ Link gasped, eyes wide and disbelieving at what he had just been a witness to. The blondes shield quickly drew forth as he arched his heels, he himself being forced back a few feet from the sheer firepower of what the robot had mustered. Halting himself, the blonde drew the shield away, taking a moment to examining all the damage that had been done to the earth before them..

..Before an amused smirk displayed over his features.  ❝ That- That was insane ! What is that ? That arm-canon thing ? Must be a pretty sweet weapon if its able to do that ! ❞ Link himself only equipped a dismal sword, definitely nothing that could be compared to the sheer density of a buster.

❝ ‘Don’t need to, this shields pretty tough ! “ Link eagerly replied as he wielded his trusty shield out from residing over his back, positioning it in place before him. ❝ Alright, now c’mon, show me ! ❞

      ❝Linebeck, Linebeck ❕ ❞ A familiar, child-like voice rang clear through the shoreline as a petite blonde boy scurried towards the vigilant sailor, chin raised proudly with a prominent smirk plastered across his features.

     The young boy skid to a halt upon reaching the man, sand kicking up from tattered brown boots,  ❝ Linebeck, you have no idea what just happened ❕ These weird sailor-pirate-guys came in, right ? They tried to board along the shore and started to try and rob from people, but I single-handedly fended them off ❕ ❞ Link could hardly remain still as he explained, bouncing slightly in place with one palm wrapped tightly around the base of his sword, while the other balled into an ecstatic fist. 

   ❝ But, like, there were tons of them ❕ It was so cool, you should’ve been there ❕ ❞
