Depends! Was it something really big that he did? He'd own up to it pretty quick, a mistake he is (for whatever reason lmao) proud of too! A little bit of "Hah, I DID do that!" However, the little things, he'll most certainly ignore like they never happened.

swords dance — has your muse ever practiced any kind of swordsmanship? are they any good at it?

whirlwind — what’s one thing that makes your muse really confused?

mega kick — is your muse a good dancer? what kind of dances are they particularly good at or enjoy?

toxic — does your muse have any unhealthy coping mechanisms? what are they? do they know that they’re unhealthy or not?

horn drill — are there any personality traits that would stop your muse from pursuing a relationship with someone?

body slam — is your muse prone to getting into physical fights? what are the usual outcomes of these fights?

take down — is your muse competitive? is this competitive nature specific to one activity (ie sports) or to everything they do?

double-edge — does your muse have any personality traits that are a double-edged sword?

bubble beam — what’s a fond memory your muse has from their childhood?

water gun — does your muse know how to swim? are they good at it?

What? He saw some students whiz by on some Cyclizar, and by Arceus did it look so fun. Now he wants to give it a try. That and how could he miss on a chance to meet a Dragon-Type he’s never seen in person before??

The praise isn’t lost on her; although typically one to brush off compliments in that manner, Roxanne takes Akio’s to heart. She’d still be up a creek without a paddle, were it not for the Dragon tamer’s assistance. “I appreciate your words greatly.”

Watching on as the Dracovish celebrates their victory, Roxanne makes several notes to inquire more about the species at a later date. For now, Akio informing her of his upcoming plans has sparked another lightbulb in her head, a knowing smile forming soon after as her ruby eyes meet up with his.

“My, isn’t that a coincidence.” She chuckles, before beckoning the man and his dragon to follow her along. Making her way from the Gym’s auditorium, she leads them back into the lobby before continuing. “I, myself, have planned to venture to Paldea as well. In exactly two weeks from today.” What were the odds? Sure, the borders of the region were opening for foreigners to participate in their league. There’s a fervor all around Hoenn as people clamber to obtain their tickets ahead of time.

Roxanne brushes the dirt from her skirt before continuing, signs of the previous skirmish still covering her. “I’m being sent to study the sedimentary deposits of the region, and their influence on the composition of the native Paldean Rock-types that I’ve yet to familiarize myself with. Also, the potential for the presence of fossils…” Easy, Roxanne, let’s not get ahead of ourselves!

“There’s a great deal of analytical work to be put in, so unfortunately, it isn’t a sabbatical by any means—not exactly a detriment to my enjoyment, although I am curious as to what my workload will look like.” 

He returned the oddity of a Pokemon to it’s Pokeball as she spoke, blue brows rose slowly as she informed him that she too would be in Paldea! His red eyes seemingly lit up with excitement as they stood in the lobby of her gym. Akio’s hands dug deep into his jacket pockets as he leaned his weight back and forth, rocking slightly out of excitement as the Gym Leader went on about her business in Paldea.

“Sounds like you’re going to have your hands full then miss honor student.” He couldn’t help to poke at her a little bit. Yet he held that genuine happy smile. She looked so excited to go there for those reasons alone. Not that he blamed her one bit. He was curious about what Dragon-Types he could find there and what he could learn from them, if he could befriend them even! 

“So. I guess I should keep my eyes out for our esteemed Gym Leader while I’m traveling about then? If you don’t mind me bugging you while your working that is.” A grin crossed his lips as he reached out, poking the other’s forehead. 

“B’sides, after that little ‘test’. I wanna see you go all out Rox. Now that’s where the real excitement would begin...”

“Oho? Most of the trainers in Paldea so far seem like school kids...?”

“Wait, I literally just saw some gramps guy wearing the same uniform!”

Someone got on the boat really late.

His trainer was taking too long with this place. There were more places to see!

Wiping beads of sweat from the side of her forehead, Roxanne’s ruby eyes meet the others. “My, it was a rather exhilarating battle. I’m glad you approve of our training. It… certainly hasn’t been the easiest of times,” she exhales, tucking the capsule away for now: Chigo had earned his rest!

“I took into account every pointer you provided last year, during your previous visit. We’ve been working exceptionally hard to ensure that, were you to drop by again, we’d have something to show for it.” Truly, Akio’s assistance when Chigo was but a Tyrunt informed much of the tyke’s regimen moving forward.

“I’ll take your advice into dutiful consideration. Thank you, deeply, for entertaining us here today.” 

While the fluorescent lights beat upon the arena, it begins settling back to normal. Evidence of the battle is still clearly visible upon the scorched ground beneath their feet, the lingering damage done to the terrain needing amending before the next bout with a challenger.

“By the way—how long are you visiting Hoenn, Akio?”

While his Dracovish was too busy celebrating to care what the humans were talking about, obviously, it’s small fins flapping as it let out a gurgling cry of victory and began to stomp around. Akio began to step across the scarred and battered battlefield toward the gym leader with his hands in his pockets.

“Well, I wouldn’t expect anything less. You really got Chigo trained well for someone who hasn’t trained a Tyrunt or Tyrantrum at all!’ He would beam at her, chuckling as she asked her next question. 

“Ah, well. In two weeks I’ll be going to Paldea...Heard they’re gonna have their own league, and I wanna see the Dragon-Types they got there...” He would begin to hum in thought as he brought his hand to his chin and rubbed it, before his crimson eyes peered down at the short gym leader.

“Why huh? Got something else ya wanna do...?”
