Two months ago me and my bestie got this idea while under the influence of alcohol.

While the rest of the fandom draws epic portraits of Alastor in various poses of power, I decided I should draw him dead.

Four times.

In three differend angles and one hanging above a bayou full of aligators.

So anyway, meet Alastors killer. His name is Cephus and I have big plans with him. Me and @ter-ryiaki made him together, because we wanted to give a face to the guy who shot him.

Where is the 100 chapter au where Alastor is a serial killer but also Charlie's babysitter and Lucifer is a very busy dad slowly falling in love with his live-in babysitter? Where is it??? I need that 300k+ of tension and death before Lucifer finds out he's a killer and kisses him silly, please!

After the battle with heaven Alastor became more strict about keeping people out of his room.

Not for anything nefarious like the other staff theorise.

It’s actually because alastor has very little control over what(/who) appears in the swamp attached to his room.

The creatures that usually take residence by the water were alligators, deer, swarms of fireflies the occasional turtle. They never bothered him before…

But ever since Lucifer showed up Alastor had noticed a small family of white ducks peacefully floating atop the water.

It kind of annoys me that Lucifer x Adam is written of as a crack pairing because we know if Eve or Lilith had Adam’s backstory it would be considered canon and would have such an amazing love story. I literally had to point it out to my best friend and she looked shocked once I explained it

It's not a crackship, guys!!!! They literally made a joke alluding to it in canon!!!! Sure, it's not gonna become canon, but that doesn't make it a fucking crackship. Guess what? Something like Radioapple or Radiodust isn't going to become canon either but that doesn't make it crack!

Adamsapple is a rarepair at worst, and I'm not even sure it might be that anymore lol judging by how much the ship has grown

I know you aren't a huge fan, but very bisexual Adam who doesn't realize Bi isn't the default. So he says he's normal when asked who he likes sexually.

So Lucifer is upset, assuming this means he has no chance. But then Adam casually mentions he had a boyfriend in Heaven over dinner and the entire table just... stops.

Angel: I thought you were homophobic? Adam: No??? Angel: Then why did you say you were normal when I asked if you liked boys? Adam: Because I'm not a weirdo who only likes one gender. I mean, anyone with common sense would know this! Did all of you think this? I literally slept with Luci! (They were both drunk and Luci assumed he didn't know it was him.)

Oh don't worry about my usual headcanons, I will ALWAYS entertain different ones if it's for a joke dfkDFDSF

And I have to say, this dialogue is hilarious because now Adam is just unironically heterophobic now LMFAOOOO HE'S JUST A GIANT BIGOT NO MATTER WHAT IT IS TOWARDS, HUH?

Ugh, was having a great time mocking my recently imprisoned rival when I noticed the camera positioning makes it so that I appear behind the bars, thus framing me as trapped in a metaphorical prison of the narrative, now my whole day is ruined. Fuck.

I was at a courthouse once, and saw an indigenous australian woman in a dressing gown very carefully and gingerly making her way down the steps outside the courthouse, surrounded by family who were helping her down the stairs. We asked if she was OK, because she looked awful. She looked like she should have been wrapped up in bed with blankets and hot soup, not on the steps of a courthouse.

One of her family told us that she had given birth yesterday evening, but that Child Protection services had taken her baby away with no warning, claiming that she wasnt prepared to look after him. What had happened, is that she'd literally only just given birth -- hadn't even passed the afterbirth yet, is holding her blood-coated, crying, newborn baby to her chest -- and a nurse asked what her feeding plan was. She was tired from the birth and distracted by the brand new baby in her arms and thrown off by the timing of the question, but still, she managed to answer, and said she planned to breastfeed him whenever he was hungry.

Well apparently that wasn't enough of a plan for the hospital staff, who reported her and claimed that she was unprepared to look after the child, and claimed that had no social supports, and that the baby was at risk if left with her. All because a brand new mother, 30 seconds after giving birth, didn't have a PowerPoint presentation ready to go that cited the timing cycle she would feed her kid on, and instead simply said that she would feed him when he was hungry.

Child Protection services showed up, took her kid, and she was told to show up to court the next day to contest custody if she wanted her baby back.

So a woman who had given birth less than 24 hours prior was forced to rally her family and show up to court to prove that she a) had a feeding plan for the child, and b) had enough social supports to justify reclaiming her baby.

It was one of the most appalling things I'd ever seen. I don't even know if she won her case. They didn't know at the time we saw them, and after that brief interaction on the stairs, i never saw them again. I sincerely hope she got her newborn baby back.

That was about 5 years ago. And the exact same kind of thing is still happening today.

News broke today from a South Australian whistle-blower of the appalling treatment new mothers frequently receive, including hospital staff taking the baby away from the mother "for medical tests," only for the mother to then be told, with absolutely no prior warning, that the baby was not going to be returned to her.
