I specialize in cases of intentional torts and things of that matter. A tort is a wrongful act or an infringement of a right of another civilian leading to a lawsuit or trial. There are two main classifications of torts. First is the most well know and most common which is Assault. The second classification would be battery.
The definition of assault is “the threat of immediate harm or offensive contact of any action”. Cases involving threats of death or serious harm are charged as aggravated assault.
