Wannarexics listen up!
If you want to lose weight FASt,use this post
The official 4n4 guide of 2025
- drink 500 ml of warm water before every meal
- cut your food into tiny bites (try cutting a cake into half, then cut that half into quarter,then cut the quarters,etc)
- drink at least 3 liters of warm water daily
- eat fiber! Forget protein and focus on fiber
- go on the treadmill either every day and burn 200-300 cals OR every other day and burn 400-500 calories
- do workouts you can STICK with! Not ones that burn the most calories
- I took this tip from a book (if you know you know lol which one) buy 2 scales, tamper with one to show you a fake weight (this tip is for if your parents are suspicious,pick a high weight like 55-60 kg if you’re like 40-45 kg ya know?)
- don’t purge! The only way to effectively get rid of all calories is to burn it all off
- always check your weight FIRST thing in the morning
- distract your self as much as you possibly can
- do omads
- follow diets like the ABC diet or the 5 bite diet
- read books focused on anaorezia for motivation
- put your legs on the wall after eating for about 15 minutes (you can read it go on TikTok or tumblr while waiting)
- choose your fruits WISELY! Avoid high calorie ones like banana(100) and mangoes (200) and focus on low calorie ones raspberry and blueberries (one calorie each)
- always cut your crust of bread ( I didn’t know this b it before I got an ed I always cut it and I realized it reduces cals by 40/50 percent!)
- try to have a type of workout ritual like maybe 100 jumping jacks right when you wake up or sit-ups
Let’s talk safe foods wannarexics
Raspberries,blueberries,oatmeal (made with water),teas, coffees(without milk and sugar),bread without crust,low calorie energy drinks,ice water or cold water,halo top,soups of all kinds really(just try to use 5-10 spoonfuls of it only),tuna fish,salmon,chicken breast or leg,popcorn,carrots,Diet Coke,yogurt,strawberries,watermelon,rice cakes,et. Anything low calorie,easy to make,higher in protein and fiber but lower in carbs and sugar!
So try to only eat these foods
Danger foods wannarexics!
Mangoes,fast food,ice creams like Ben and Jerry’s or non low calorie ice creams,non diet sodas,all fast food chains,Starbucks,cakes like carrot cake,chocolate,etc (all types),cupcakes,cookies,all types of chips,frostings or creams,pizza if not homemade,burgers if not homemade,pb and j sandwiches,cereal,protein bars,all types of chocolate,noodles if they are higher than 200/300 calories,waffles,biscuits,

These foods can be high calorie OR low calorie

How to avoid getting caught wannarexics!
-Try to eat in front of your family

Go on the 5 bite diet I promise you it made me lose 5-7 kg in one week! It works by shrinking your stomach! If you guys do it then your stomach is shrink so much that you will barely eat and then you can’t binge!!

Effective tips for vegetarians and how to distract yourself from eating
- start your day with a bottle of 500 ml of water (can be hot,warm or ice cold)
- stretch right after you wash up when you wake up,5is relieves your bones that have been curled up
- your first meal of the day should be soup. This soup should not be creamy or oily. It can be something like lentil soup or even tomato soup but lentil soup is HIGHLY recommended in the morning. Not only is it PACKED with fiber but it helps digestion,bone fatigue and soothes your throat from your long sleep with warmth and hydration.
- whatever soupyour eating,make sure you only use 5-10 tablespoons (I mean an actual tablespoon that you have at home) this helps you control the calories and you can even add some bread to it,
- you should wait about 5 hours before your next Meal so if you ate at 9 am,have your next meal a5 2 pm
- your next meal should be something like a fruit bowl. Specifically use fruits that a4e low calorie or have special benefits. Apple with skin,mixed with salt and lemon for pectin (for digestion,prevents constipation),salt (for sodium,4n4s drink lots of ester and liquids lacking electrolytes so add a pinch of salt AND it’s zero calorie) lemon (for vitamin c,flavor and enhances the flavor of the apple). You could also peel off the skin of kiwi,cut up some watermelon and mix it with s9me blueberries. Or you could just pear strawberries ( 6 cal per piece) and raspberries together (1 cal per piece)
- water,water,water! Hydration is KEY! For all this fiber you should be drinking about 2.6-3 liters of water DAILY. Grab 5 500 ml water bottles and drink one right when you wake up before your soup.one before your next meal,one when you start to feel hungry a few hours after your fruit bowl,one while you’re walking or exercising or dancing in room and finally one 3 hours before bed (to prevent nocturnal,or an excessive running to the bathroom,disrupting sleep)
- light exercise! Yoga,kpop dance practices ,walking outside,pacing in your room,stretching,Zumba,etc ; do anything that won’t rake up a lot of your energy but can help you burn a lot. Yo7 should burn 300-500 cals with these depending on which ones you pick OR what combinations of those you use. Vegetarians have less options and therefore must use their energy EFFECTIVELY unlike normal eaters who can do incline walking,running,weight lifting,Pilates,and other high energy draining exercises.
- Diet Coke,gatorede,monster energy drinks (low calorie version),vitamin water,sparkling water and flavored water are all rest options for gaining caffeine,electrolytes and hydration othe Ethan over consuming Kris of water
- as a Muslim I know a 5hi f or 500 about dates,they’re so yummy and satisfy those sweet tooth cravings! Eat about 3 of them daily (don’t worry about the calories,3 of them usually have 100-200 cals in most brands but you can even find one that’s less! Plus you’re workout will counteract it anyway)
- keep busy to distract from food. Some things you can do is watch movies I recommend these for the following genres

- finish all your quizzes and assignments
- study for all the exams you have
- make sure you’re 100 percent prepared,you cannot get anything wrong and you get everything right
- focus on hard not easy topics
- Watch YouTube videos on things you don’t know
- do questions relating to those YouTube topic and see if you understand it now
- if not refer back
I’m out of ideas but go shopping and purposely but sizes that fit your goal weight, oh and don’t forget to fast for about 24-50 hours every few days!

I was raised pretty healthy and had little to no access to junk food in the house and I can personally say that my first time trying most junk food out for the first time was massively underwhelming and pretty nasty
i know it sucks and feels like you'll never get to this point but eventually after eating healthy for long enough your tastes do totally change and junk tastes like shit. most things are super bland, super salty, or super sweet. you just won't like it anymore. you might crave it and get some and then taste it and realize it's mid. you'll get bored of tastes easily; you'll get full easily.

just mentioned it to somebody, but borsch is an insanely good ed food. it's filling, it's incredibly nutrient dense, low calorie, high protein, etc etc. here's my recipe, including calories. 1 large white onion, diced 1 head of garlic, minced 1 russet potato, skin on, washed and diced 3 large beets, washed, trimmed 1 bag sauerkraut, I suggest Cleveland Kitchen beet or garlic kraut 1 or 2 carrots, washed, sliced or diced Half a head of green or red cabbage, shredded finely, I often use the bags of "angel hair coleslaw" 1 can "chili ready" diced tomatoes 1 tbsp tomato paste, or, if you can get it, Russian or Georgian ketchup 1 16oz can Bush's zero sugar baked beans 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken tenderloins 1 bunch fresh dill, minced finely 1 tbsp salted butter salt, pepper, allspice, ground coriander seed, paprika, to taste Poach the chicken in a large pot of water until just white on the outside, about ten minutes, drain and rinse, and then cover in water again. Add beets to the pot and bring back to a simmer.
In a separate pan, saute onion in butter until golden brown, then add garlic, carrot, and tomato paste or Russian ketchup steam until carrots are a bit soft.
Take out beets and chicken. Shred beets on a box grater or simply dice it up, the shredding is just traditional. Shred chicken and add back to broth. Add sauteed veggies, cabbage, tomatoes, potato, beans, seasonings, to pot and let simmer until potatoes are soft, then add back the now shredded beets and simmer for a few minutes if beet isn't soft enough. Dill and sauerkraut are added after you turn the heat off as you don't want to wilt the dill too badly or kill the probiotics too much. Let sit for ten minutes before serving with sour cream and boiled egg. Makes somewhere in the realm of 16 servings. Serving 1.5 cups. About 140 calories per serving, 16 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber. If you add a tbsp of sour cream or smetana on top and a hard-boiled egg, drink a glass of sf Metamucil beside it, for around 250 calories you can have 21 grams of protein, 10 grams of fiber, tons of nutrients, and actually be full all day.
If bread is safe for you, include a slice of toasted dark rye, borodinsky, or a good whole wheat like brownberry for more 5 more grams of protein and 3 more of fiber.

Hey, look at me. Look at me. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again: you need to condition yourself to being okay with being inconvenienced by things. The first time I spoke about this I meant it in a mental health way- it is good to go out to the store and see people versus just ordering alone at home- but there is another more pressing societal issue you should be more concerned about as well.
Any service you rely on for convenience can be weaponized against you the moment you begin to rely on it. Streaming used to be a cheap and convenient way to see movies at home. It is now exorbitantly expensive, you need multiple accounts just to get what you want, and any of those movies can be taken from you at any time. And unless you have gotten used to going through the “inconvenience” of owning physical media, you can do nothing about it. Same goes for buying things on Amazon. Same goes for any service like DoorDash etc. These companies WANT you to be reliant on them for convenience so they can do whatever they want to you because, well, what else are you gonna do?
Same thing goes for the uptick in AI. If you train yourself to become reliant on AI for doing basic things, you will be taken advantage of. It is only a matter of a couple years before there are no free AI services. Not only that, but in the usage of AI’s case, it is robbing you of valuable skills that you need to curate that you will be helpless without the moment the AI companies drive in the knife the way they have done with streaming. Delivery. Cable. Internet. Etc. It will happen to AI too. And if you are not practicing skills such as. Writing. You are not only going to be at the mercy of AI companies in the digital world, but you are going to be extremely easy to take advantage of in real life too.
I am begging you to let go of learned helplessness. I am begging you to stop letting these companies TEACH you helplessness. Do something like learn to pirate. It is way more inconvenient at the beginning, but once you know how, it is one less way companies can take advantage of you. Garden. Go to the thrift store (older clothes hold up better anyway). These things take more time and effort, yes, but using time and effort are muscles you need to stretch to keep yourself from being flattened under the weight of our capitalist hellscape.
Inconvenience yourself. Please. Start with only the ways you are able. Do a little bit at a time. But do something.
