The words caught him off-guard, and for a moment, Erhardt paused, as if he needed to properly consider them to make any sense of them at all. Never, since the day that they had met, had he thought of being anything but gentle with Marlene. For all of the hardships that she’d endured, that was exactly what he knew she deserved - gentleness, softness, a kind and considerate touch. A question immediately sprung to the front of his mind - was she certain? Though he stopped it before it could leave his mouth. It wasn’t long before his smirk was matching hers, though his own cheeks were pink, spreading all the way to the very tips of his ears. “Mm. Is that so?” he murmured, a hand trailing down the sensual curve of her hip to grasp there, more firmly than he ever had before. “Wouldn’t’ve pegged you for the type to like it rough...”

Leaning down over her, his lips found the line of her jaw, and he pressed kisses there, and then lower, nipping at the juncture of her neck and shoulder, and again at her collarbone. “Still, don’t want to risk it. You’ll tell me if I’m too much for you, eh?” He punctuated that question with a low chuckle and a quick snap of his hips, driving deep into her - utterly delighted by how she tensed around him in response.
