There's a lot of normal applications of Minecraft enchantments in real-life militaries, such as Sharpness V/Piercing III on ammo, Blast Protection IV/Projectile Protection IV on armor and Unbreaking III/Mending on everything.

However, there are some other applications of lesser-known Minecraft enchantments. Riptide III on AAMs to quickly go somewhere. Frost Walker II to trap pirate speedboats that are trying to board vessels. Respiration III on air-breathing engines to go faster/higher. Looting III to gain more equipment from defeated enemies. Fire Protection IV so your engines can run at much higher temperatures. Efficiency V on bunker busters for better effects. Silk Touch to capture equipment more intact. Channeling on ammo for electrical damage, especially effective against command positions. Impaling V on torpedoes, depth charges and other ASW equipment.

Really, any fairly complex magic/anti-physics system can be abused in very many ways.
