Kitty smiled and unzipped it. “Of course! Its got little holes in the side of it so the stuff inside doesn’t get stinky. Its meant for sports but I use it as a bag.”, she shrugged. “Mr. Kitten will still be able to breathe.”, she said as she coo’d at the small cat.

“ooh! perfect!” hannah grinned as she, carefully, placed the kitten inside of kitty’s duffel bag. “it’s better than hiding him in my jacket. i wasn’t sure how much longer i’d be able to pull that off for.” hannah sighed as she finally adjusted her kitten free jacket. “i’m not sure what to do with him, someone just left him on the side of the road,” she told kitty sadly. “i can’t believe people just do stuff like that. i was going to take him to my room. then... try and find him food, i guess?”

“Its pathetic. I’ll kick their ass if I find out who they are.”, he grumbled. “Exactly, cause there just some stupid pussy.”, he frowned. The boy shrugged and looked away. “I don’t really know…try and hack it or something?”

“i mean, you could?” hannah nodded as he mentioned hacking it. “but that’ll just mean you’re in the blog and what are you going to do then? can’t they just create a new one and do it all over? personally, i would just attempt to figure out who they are.” hannah shrugged as she crossed her arms over her chest. “at least you’ll have their identity over them, right?”

“you’re so fucking weak.” sophia chuckled at the other. “but he is cute as fuck though. just make sure he doesn’t make any noise. which i doubt will happen. your roommate will just have to deal at this point.” she shrugged. “okay, just walk behind me and i’ll tell everyone you pissed yourself.” sophia laughed softly, motioning for the girl to get behind her.

“I know. sneaking a kitten in because he was homeless really is going to my expulsion story isn’t it? usually people have cooler stories.” hannah sighed as she shook her head. “he’s adorable. i want to keep him but i’m not sure how long i’ll be able to pull something like that off.” she suddenly smiled as they spoke about the kitten and tried to not get herself too excited about it. “okay, fine. i guess i can deal with that kind of humiliation for a little while.” hannah laughed as she stepped behind sophia.

sas ezekiel exited down a hall, he pushed open the double doors to inhale the inevitable scent of tears and narcotics—some things he couldn’t seem to avoid here. it was something he was yet to get used to. of course, at the wrong time, he looked down at his feet with curiosity and mostly boredom. he felt a shock run through his body once a presence of another suddenly appeared. ❝ oh- sorr-y ❞ he stuttered. he quieted himself down as the student took the situation seriously. his attention directed to the small animal being hid in her clothing. ❝ two teachers closing up on the building i just came from, ❞ he paused looking behind him and looking back to her, ❝ so i suggest to move fast if you’re heading that way. ❞

“damn it.” hannah muttered as she looked up at the boy. “that’s the direction my rooms in.” she let out a sigh before biting her lip nervously. “please help me in case they catch me. you know how to distract them, right? i swear i’ll do whatever you want. i’ll be forever in your debt.”

“thank you!” hannah beamed at her. “it is, but i’m not sure if my roommate is in or not and i don’t really know how she’ll react. if you’re room is empty then we can totally go in there until i figure this out.”

Kitty was playing candy crush on her phone, heading to the bathroom when she bumped into Hannah. “Oh so-oh my god!”, she said, her voice turning to a whisper. Her face lit up as she saw the small kitten in Hannah’s arms. “I’ll help you”, she nods. The girl opened her duffel bag. “Want to put it in here?”

hannah beamed at kitty as she nodded her head in agreement. “yes! thank you! i love you!” she squealed, quietly, as she turned towards kitty’s duffel bag. “if we leave it open a little, he’ll still be able to breath, right?” she asked cautiously.

“you mean you need a reason to help me keep this cute little guy a secret?” hannah said as she turned to show him the kittens face. “look how cute.” she awed. “come on, jay, i know you must have a heart.”

“hannah, what the fuck??” sophia whisper yelled, looking down at the little kitten in her hands. “if you get caught, you’re fucked.” sophia helped the other with the jacket and could feel herself giving in. just looking at the kitten made sophia’s icy heart melt a little. “make it a little bed in your closet. unless your roommate is a fucking bitch and won’t allow it. smuggling in cat food will be easy as fuck. you can just put it in a cereal box or something. i sound like a fucking criminal.”

“i know, i know.” hannah groaned as she tried to make sure the kitten was properly hidden. “i couldn’t help it. someone left him in a box on the side of the road! can you believe that? i couldn’t leave him, i’m not a monster.” hannah practically cried before sighing. “i don’t know what my roommate will do. i haven’t really got round to talking to her much? i’ll attempt to hide him from her for the time being too, i guess, until i figure out what to do. will you help me?” hannah pouted at sophia. “i need to get to my room without a teacher seeing.”

“They’re telling me I should run and shit. I’d like them to say something to my face instead of going online like a bitch.”, he said, almost with a growl. “I don’t think the dean would give a fuck. Plus this is gonna stay between me and that stupid page.”

“i mean, you’re right there.” hannah told him, nodding her head in agreement. “it’s a bit sad on their part that they’ve got to hide and talk about everybody anonymously. they probably wouldn’t come up and say it to your face, to tell you the truth.” she sighed. “what are you going to do?”

“You have a-” her eyes widened, she got closer to the girl, and whispered “cat!” she asked, curiously “Is it going to be with you?”

“i mean, i guess so?” hannah spoke in a rushed whisper as she tried to cover the kitten over better. “i just found him abandoned on the side of the road and i couldn’t leave him. i don’t know what i’m doing but whatever it is will beat leaving him on road. he’s just a baby.”

When Maddy accidentally bumped into someone they hadn’t expected to see a cat, “What the…?”, the looked up at the girl. They shrugged, they might as well help, they didn’t really have anything better to do, “I’ll distract the RA while you sneak the cat in? But I get to visit it at least once a week.”

hannah smiled at their words and nodded her head eagerly. “thank you! you’re the best! i could kiss you!” she practically squealed, as she made sure the kitten was properly hidden. “of course you can visit once a week. hell, you can visit anytime you want if you manage to help me pull this off.”

“Ah, thank you so much,” he said. “It really is, I honestly thought about posting an ad on craigslist to see if anyone wanted to unpack for me, but I felt like that would bring the creeps out. They said they missed me, I pretty much spend all my time here and, if not here, with my friends, so they wanted some time with me,” he shrugged. “Uh, whichever one you feel comfortable taking, they both weigh about the same.”

“it would definitely bring out the creepers. who knows what kind of people would have ended up here if you did that.” hannah laughed. “that’s kind of sweet though? i wish my parents would keep me off school for a week because they missed me. did you just hang out at home with them?” hannah asked. “oh, no problem. i’ll take this one. so, how far away is your room?”

hannah had been on her way back to campus when she had spotted the abandoned box on the side of the road. what was inside it had broke her heart and she couldn’t help but pick it up and attempt to smuggle it inside. her jacket had been placed over the top of it and all seemed to be going pretty well. she was back on campus, without anyone noticing, so that was something. it wasn’t until someone bumped into her, at full force, that her jacket flew off the tiny kitten. hannah’s eyes went wide as she stared up at the person. “not. a. word.” she said quietly as she reached down for her fallen jacket in an attempt to hide the kitten again. “unless you’re willing to help.”

Eating. Jonah’s constant battle - sometimes the depression overwhelmed him, closed his stomach up, made him want to puke. He wasn’t anorexic and he wasn’t a purger - some days he could eat ten burgers, other days, the spaghetti on his plate burned when going down his throat.

He turned to the person next to him. “You want my meal? I don’t feel so well.”

hannah looked over at the boy who was offering his food to her. she hadn’t been eating herself at that moment, instead she had been reading through some homework and hearing his words made a look of concern wash over her face. “what’s wrong?” she asked him. “do you feel sick?”
