Due to my sister’s obsession with her hamster, I am quasi-knowledgable about hamsters.
Apparently hamsters are banned in Australia and Germany has really high pet welfare standards where hamsters have around 5 metre long ( 16.4 feet for the Americans) for one hamster and they make zoo enclosures look like shit.

THESE ARE ALL FOR ONE HAMSTER EACH!!!
Sign me up to be a hamster in my next life please!!

“Be the best version of yourself.”
That’s a great advice, but it doesn’t easily go that way. It takes a lot of self-realizations, self-doubts, experiences, and broken egos to do that.
It’s earned.

to anyone out there who’s struggling with having no friends — wondering where you belong in this world, searching for a place to belong — you matter. you are so important. and you will find your people or maybe just a special person who feels like home. it may seem like your loneliness will last forever, but it won’t. it never does.

Wow wtf HIV/AIDS was discovered by Flossie Wong-Staal, an Chinese-American woman, and she’s the reason the HIV test even exists. AND THEN she invented the molecular knife that lead to treatments for HIV/AIDS. And she’s STILL ALIVE. We don’t hear about the contributions of Women of Color enough, my word. Madness.

““She wasn’t afraid of difficulties. What frightened her was being forced to choose one particular path. Choosing a path meant having to miss out on others. She had a whole life to live and she was always thinking that, in future, she might regret the choices she made now. ‘I’m afraid of committing myself,’ she thought to herself. She wanted to follow all possible paths and so ended up following none.””
