Okay lovekadi, I have had all the sanctimonious bullshit from you I can take. Let’s get to the truth and deal with your false accusations and hypocrisy shall we? Let’s reveal who is really responsible to prove your claims.

The crime:

Rimon4kadi posted a pic edit of yours that had your watermark covered over that she found on another site. That is her crime. And she is guilty of doing that unintentionally. Case closed.

You could have nicely asked that she remove the pic, as it was clearly altered to cover your watermark by someone, so it was stolen, and she might have obliged you. So why didn’t that happen? Here’s why:

You try to claim that all this could have been avoided had she removed the picture when asked. Sounds logical....but wait...

You were not content to have her remove the pic as you and your vile posts claim. No, you immediately fanned the fire by also accusing her of removing the watermark herself.  From your accusing post:

So right away you elevated the issue to a much more accusatory and serious level. So don’t try to claim that all you wanted her to do was remove the pic.

No, you used that accusation as a threat. It was a bully tactic and you know it. Truth: if you really believed that she actually stole your picture and removed the watermark, you should have reported her immediately. Someone removing a watermark would be serious indeed and should be reported without delay because what you are accusing her of is plagiarism and is an actual crime.

But you didn’t, because you can’t, because you have no proof other than an altered picture. You have no proof of even an intent on rimon4′s part to defraud you. Hmmm...this isn’t looking good.

Let’s talk evidence, shall we?

By what evidence did you conclude that rimon4 herself actually removed your watermark? Based on what? Because it was removed? Because she posted it on her blog? The only evidence you have is that a picture of yours was posted on her site. That’s it.

Hypocrisy at its most blatant:

Now you claim that it is up to Rimon4 to provide evidence that she did not take your pic and remove your watermark, to prove her innocence. Really? No innocence until proven guilty? In what court? Yours? But according to even your very own rule book, that is not the case. Let’s take a look:

The only evidence you have is that a picture of yours was posted on her site. That’s it. I hardly call that evidence to prove that she conspired to remove your watermark as well.

But let’s address the hypocrisy because apparently you don’t want to live by your own rules. You want to change them to “suit your needs” (hmmm, where have I heard that before?).

Let’s take a look at your new rules made specifically to apply to rimon4 so that you can accuse her without evidence to “back [your] claims” against her:

No, you decide to change the rules and reverse the responsibility to Rimon4 to prove that she didn’t do it because you cannot prove that she did.

But let’s revisit your original rules at quoted above for a different quote by you that moves on from “if a blogger is making accusations, it is their responsibility to to present evidence to support their claims”:

Hmmm. Not wanting to accuse you of anything without proof but they are your own words and you did tell us to question their intent when the accuser has no evidence so... I mean Rimon4 has asked you to stop taking her content off her blog before (like many before her) and it could be imagined that you would find it beneficial to find a way to silence her (like many before her). Again, not wanting to accuse you of ill intent but...

And finally on to the argument that defies logic:
