it’s okay to let go of things you thought you once wanted. we’re ever-changing creatures. it’s natural to shed old skins.

I hope you never lose hope. There will be another day. There will be another chance. There will be another person.

reminder that it’s okay to still feel bad sometimes even if you’re doing “better.” it’s okay to feel out of control when things are going “right.” and it’s okay to still seek support even if it doesn’t look like you “need” it.
