I am looking for just one more present from someone in the Ocean region and two more from someone in the Sun region in order to collect all of the vivillon patterns. I’m in modern region so I can’t offer a pattern that most need, but i would really appreciate just enough gifts to complete my own patterns.
My trainer code is 5491 8952 3189.

This is for the people who didn’t party in their teens and twenties. For the people who didn’t have that “coming of age” movie experience with shenanigans and revelations. This is for the people who mostly keep to themselves. Who maybe prefer things to be quieter and gentler. This is for the people who don’t feel like they belong in a culture that values loud parties and flashing lights. I see you. And you are valid.

Stuff kids on tumblr better relearn
1. You are responsible for your own media experience.
2. There is such a thing as a healthy level of avoidance towards topics that make you feel unwell or even (in a real-life clinical definition of the term) trigger you - but you are the one to actively take care of what you view.
3. Avoiding does not mean policing others.
4. You have no right to tell artists to censor themselves - you may criticize what others do, you may dislike it, that’s fine - but actively asking for censorship when you could easily unfollow or block a person just makes you look incompetent in your use of the internet.
5. Do not give people on tumblr or /any/ website the responsibility for your emotional well-being. Because these people do not even know you so no, you have no right to ask them to take care of you.

It's honestly frustrating that I've seen non-Russian queer people almost bragging about how they would be illegal in Russia, labeled an extremist or terrorist. Russian queers are in danger, their government has made it clear where it stands, and it's made this effort for the better part of a decade (even longer, perhaps). This will kill people, don't mistake this for a quirky little proclamation from a government, akin to somebody saying the sky is pink. Russian queer people were already expressing their fear, and the least we can do now is express our love for them, and advocate with them.
Russian queer people, I love you. I love you all so much. I am so sorry, I cannot begin to express the grief that I feel, and I hope that you are safe. Words cannot encapsulate how I feel as a non-Russian, and I cannot hope to comprehend how it feels to actually be in this situation.

I’m sharing two images
I think the first was created by an evangelical church and I’ve seen variations of it over the years. It suggests that children need to be protected from queer people and topics. It implies we’re a threat to children. It completely misses the idea that some people are naturally LGBTQ, they may already a queer child who hasn’t come out yet
Tumblr media
The second image was created by the mom of a queer kid. It shows parents protecting their queer child from the storms and hate of the world. It doesn’t specify any particular group as dangerous that their child needs to protected from. The parents are there to protect from wherever the problems coming from

Im a queer teenager living in Florida right now and I'm actually gonna scream. I hate my governor so much. I actually legitimately considered sending hate mail at some point before I realized it would probably get me and/or my parents in trouble. I'm just so mad. I know people that are so deep in the closet they're terrified to ever come out outside of the small group of 4 we have. I see queer adults openly wearing pride pins in shops and almost cry because I cannot imagine having that strength.
I know people that have struggled with sh and have sent panicked texts to me/other close friends because they needed us to talk them down from a suicide attempt. Because of DeSantis
FUCK DeSantis. FUCK him. It's not "for the children" if it actively hurts the children, and he fucking knows it. How would the so called "moms for liberty" feel if they knew some of their precious children were the very thing they claim to be protecting them from? They would probably disown them.
I'm in a better situation than most. My parents are supportive, and while they don't exactly always use the correct terms and pronouns, I know it's not out of malicious intent. That's more than I can say for some of my friends' parents.
I hate the name law. I hate the dont say gay laws. I hate the transition laws. I hate the book bans. I hate him I hate him I hate him and I hate the people that let him ruin my state like this. Fuck you. I used to love Florida, I used to take pride in my deep roots. Now I'm just scared. DeSantis is here, Trump is here, and I want them fucking gone. I can't do this anymore. Get the fuck out of my state.
I'm religious too, you know? If you say you're going to "protect the children", then I say it's high time you practiced what you preach. When kids stop living in fear because of you, when they stop getting outed to queerphobic parents and peers because of you, when kids stop fucking ATTEMPTING SUICIDE AND GETTING MURDERED because of your policies, maybe then I can accept that you possibly have our best interests at heart. But right now you say you want to protect me, and you also say you want me dead. You can't have both. Leave us the fuck alone. I hate you
(if it isn't obvious, the "you" here is directed towards my governor who is likely never going to see this, not you lol)

These findings reinforce the significant historical responsibility of developed countries for current warming, particularly the former colonial powers in Europe. While they account for less than 11% of the world’s population today, together, the US, EU and UK are responsible for 39% of cumulative historical emissions and current CO2-related warming. Many of these countries now have small and declining emissions. Yet their relative wealth today – and their historical contributions to current warming – are recognised within the international climate regime as being tied to a responsibility to lead, not only in terms of cutting their own emissions, but also in supporting the climate response in less developed countries.
