None of the other words would necessarily be bad ones either, interesting just happened to be the first word that came to mind when she spoke. Speaking before thinking was a natural talent of hers anyway, often not giving real thought of what she spoke until it was out in the open and a conversation was started.

“I should clarify that I don’t mean that in a bad way of any sort either. Interesting is far better then being boring, in my opinion.”

Figured it was probably best to add that onto the sentence in case the first part sounded insulting, though nothing about her own posture would give any indication that she was trying to offend or start a fight of any kind. It was a moment of pure curiosity.

Shock was the first thing that rushed to the front of all the emotions that she was feeling. Shock over that Estela would ever accuse her of something as small as lying to her.

"What reason would I ever have to lie to you about anything?"

Not telling the full extent of injuries? That might have happened every now and then. Mostly to not worry the other woman. Not telling what had really happened on a mission she was on, in fear of causing more harm towards Estela, and things she didn't want her to picture in terms of murder and such?

Yes that had happened to. But those were not lies, those were just holding back information that was not vital.

Actually telling a lie? Or several? That had never happened.

{Please tell me there is someone more then me on here who is super excited for Eiyuden Chronicles.

Please tell me there is someone else who remembers the feeling of playing through the Suikoden games for the first times, the absolute amazing and powerful stories from those game. The feelings, the music, the scenes.

Please tell me someone more then me actually cried watching that trailer because after so many years of waiting and thinking nothing will ever come again like that, there is now a spiritual successor being made, and it actually looks good and worth it.

I have never in my 27 years of gaming cried like that over a announcement trailer before.}

Everybody has a price after all and Kano just happens to speak fluent money. 

“I’d say that money if probably less then I care about in any case.”

There was no hesitation in the answer, money having been something that spoke to her in the past, but now days it was something she had enough of as it was. Sure more money was never a bad thing, but not needing it also brought a kind of freedom into the playing field.

A small smirk graced her lips, looking at the man in front of her, one hand on her hip and the other very ready to grab back what was hers.

“If you want me to be interested in anything, you gotta make it sound fun, man. What use would I have of it if it does not excite?”

Don’t recommend! It’s not fun at all. Easy enough to get out of if you have money. Everyone lets money talk to them if it’s a high enough amount.

“I mean I can think of a few things more that I would say is better but it is up there among them all as something that is very fun to do. Though I can’t say I have ever hit someone with a cane specifically. Might be something special with that.”

She was always willing to find new ways to smack someone upside the head, so really all that was needed now was to find a cane of some sort that she could try to smack someone with at some point.

Never hurt to try new things.

“I can confirm that. It’s rare that you can find someplace where money does not speak the loudest.” It was a sad fact. One that she did not like even though she did have the money to get out off most things. “Few things speak as well as money.”

Mouth opens and closes a few times, not really sure how to respond in the moment of hearing something like that. For one, it was an adorable thing to say and while he might do much better in a place like hell then many others would, that was also not the point.

"I want to say that if someone is dragging you into hell, you should probably let go off their hand, but that would make me a hypocrite, since I know very well that I would do the same."

Loyalty to someone was her biggest thing. Once she was loyal, she was loyal to the depths of hell.

"....Don't do that. If I ever become a thing that is dragging you down, don't let me."

Takes another second before trying to lighten the mood a little.

"Also thank you for plainly stating that I am going to hell."

If it was because it would give it a chance to show off in a victory or because the war itself wanted to be over, that much was up for debate. But then again, Viper had seen far too much war in her short lifetime anyway, so the interest from her was very low indeed.

"War can also take that interest and shove it up it's own ass for all I care. War no longer dictates who I fight or why I fight. No one has that power over me." On that front, there was no backing down for her. That freedom would forever be hers. "Now tell me, you who seem so keen on war, why must you disturb me like this? Also touch my hat and I will break every bone in that hand."

He looked the weapon over again. ‘I believe I can do something to make it aesthetically similar to what it used to be. A keepsake, if you like,’ he offered.

Her own mood became brighter at once when it was mentioned that he could fix the blade, even if it would not be usable. This blade had seen the battle it needed to see, it had been part of fights and self defense. Viper was sure the original maker was satisfied with what became of the blade.

“Oh that would be wonderful! I honestly did not expect it to be saved to it’s normal state, so just being able to fix it so I can keep it to look at is amazing!”

Every blade or weapon she owned had a special place in her heart, so just being able to keep it in a case would be enough for her.
