Unfortunately, I chose a format that was too small, so I couldn't draw the fingers on the annoying "thing's" hand any better..

.The "thing" was pretty unsuccessful overall (especially the pose and I can't draw women...sorry...), but Raziel and Kain look okay.

Hello there Legacy of Kain fandom, may I offer you some fanart?

I've only just watched some reviewes + gameplay but this series seems cool as hell.

I wonder what the general consensus of the fandom is regarding Kain and Raziel's relationship? I'm seeing a lot of shipping here on Tumblr (obviously) but also other interpretations.

My first impression was that of a god and his follower sort of thing, like there is some sort of distance in spite of Kain clearly favouring Raziel over his brothers, and as they get closer to being equals through the games Kain sees him more as a person? Only for Raziel to go back to seeing himself as somewhat beneath Kain (his sword/second in command) at the very end of Defiance which makes the ending even more tragic.

Idk, just throwing shit at the wall as I try to figure out how I feel about these characters 🤷
