BLOG Day 3
Title: A Blessed Sunday: Church, Family, and Celebrations
Date: April 28,2024
Location: Loakan Apugan, Baguio City, ( Home )
Weather: Mostly Clear, not that hot nor that cold either
Mood: Grateful and Content
Today was a fulfilling and spiritually uplifting Sunday, filled with moments of worship, fellowship, and family celebrations.
My day started with a peaceful awakening, followed by my usual morning routine of taking a refreshing bath and indulging in my skincare ritual to prepare for the day ahead. After a hearty breakfast, I dressed in my Sunday best and made my way to church.
In church, I immersed myself in the pastor's preachings, finding solace and inspiration in his words. As I listened intently, I also took on the role of babysitter for some of the adorable babies in our congregation, cherishing the opportunity to care for these little blessings.
After the service, I fetched my niece from children's Sunday school and treated her to some delicious Taho, a sweet indulgence available outside the church. Mingling with my fellow churchmates, I felt a sense of belonging and community as we shared stories and laughter.
Back home, I took on the task of cooking lunch, relishing the simple joys of preparing a meal for my family. Afterward, I retreated to a quiet corner with a book, losing myself in its pages and escaping into another world for a while.
A rejuvenating nap later, I returned to church for the afternoon service, where I joined in worship and fellowship once again. Following the service, I participated in choir practice, raising my voice in praise and harmony with my fellow choir members.
As the day drew to a close, my family and I gathered in Pinsao for a special dinner celebration in honor of my uncle and his wife's 23rd wedding anniversary. Surrounded by loved ones, we shared laughter, stories, and delicious food, cherishing the bonds that unite us as a family.
We decided to go home around 11:30 pm, we stood up, thanked our relatives for the delicious dinner, bid our goodbyes and went to the car. We drove through the majestic city lights around the city until we reached home. We arrived past midnight that’s why I only got the chance to write my daily blog.
Now, as I sit down to write this blog post, I feel a sense of peace and contentment wash over me. Despite the busyness of the day, I am grateful for the moments of love, laughter, and connection that filled my Sunday. With a heart full of gratitude, I bid farewell to the day and look forward to the blessings that tomorrow will bring. Goodnight, miloves 🫶.

BLOG Day 2
Title: A Day of Family Discoveries: Grand Reunion in Banao Mt Province
Date: April 27,2024
Location: Banao Mt Province
Weather: Variable, with Rain
Mood: Excited and Grateful
Today was a whirlwind of new experiences and family connections as I attended the Grand Family/Clan Reunion in Banao Mt Province.
I started the day with a sense of anticipation, waking up early to prepare for the event ahead. After taking a refreshing bath, I indulged in my morning skincare routine, wanting to look my best for the reunion.
Once ready, I joined my family for breakfast, eager to fuel up for the day's festivities. With excitement bubbling within me, I got myself ready, ensuring everything was in place for the day ahead.
As we arrived at the reunion venue, I was greeted by a sea of unfamiliar faces, all smiling warmly and eager to welcome me into the fold. Meeting relatives I never knew existed was a surreal experience, and I found myself marveling at the diversity and interconnectedness of our family tree.
Throughout the day, I had the opportunity to mingle with aunts, uncles, and cousins of all ages, forging new bonds and learning more about my family's rich history. It was a joy to see every family member, from the eldest to the youngest, come together to celebrate our shared heritage.
During lunch, I lent a hand in packing and distributing food and drinks, grateful for the chance to contribute to the event's success. As the program continued, I was moved by the heartfelt performances and special numbers presented by family representatives, each one highlighting the talents and unity of our clan.
As the rain poured outside, we took advantage of the opportunity to huddle indoors, using the downtime to deepen our newfound connections and strengthen our familial bonds. It was heartwarming to connect with cousins and uncles who shared my age or even younger, realizing that despite our differences, we were all part of the same loving family.
As the day drew to a close, we bid farewell to our relatives, promising to stay in touch and cherish the memories made. It felt so good coming home there after a long time, surrounded by the beautiful views of nature, fresh air and the comforting embrace of family. Oh how I wish to live in an environment like that in the future. Province Life. Simple yet so peaceful.
Time check: 12:08 am. We just arrived the Baguio City vicinity. Returning home to Baguio late in the evening, I felt a sense of fulfillment and gratitude for the day's experiences. As I lay in bed right now, I reflected on the beauty of family and looked forward to the adventures that awaited us in the days to come.

Blog Day 1
Title: A Day of Travel
Date: April 26, 2024
Location: Guinzadan, Bauko, Mountain Province, Philippines, 2600
Weather: Chilly Night
Mood: Excited
Today was an eventful day filled with travel, family reunions, and lots of laughter.
I woke up bright and early, eager to start the day. After getting ready, I enjoyed a hearty breakfast with my family, savoring each bite as we discussed our plans for the day.
Following breakfast, I took a refreshing shower and packed my bags with clothes and essentials for our upcoming stay in the province. Because my Lola’s family side is having a grand clan reunion tomorrow and she asked us to go. She even sulked to my mom, so mom decided that we should go and represent our Lola’s family. Anticipation bubbled within me as I imagined the adventures that awaited us.
Soon, we were on our way to the province, the road stretching out before us like a ribbon of possibility. I’m thinking of how I’m going to socialize with my other relatives, since it’s going to be the first time I would be meeting the others. We never really get to attend reunions because they were always being held in the province and we live here in Baguio. Nevertheless, the journey was filled with laughter and chatter as we reminisced about past trips, filled with lots of singing and excitedly discussed our plans for the days ahead.
Upon arriving at our grandparents' house, we were greeted with warm hugs and joyful smiles. Turns out that my uncles, aunts, cousins and other Lola’s were there too to attend the reunion tomorrow.
We sat down to a delicious dinner prepared by our grandparents, savoring the flavors of home-cooked dishes ( province dishes) and the love that went into each bite. As we ate, we shared stories and caught up on each other's lives, relishing the precious moments spent together.
After dinner, we gathered in the cozy living room, chatting and laughing late into the night. It felt like no time had passed at all as we shared jokes, reminisced about old times, and made plans for the days ahead.
As the day drew to a close, exhaustion washed over me like a warm blanket, and I drifted off to sleep with a contented smile on my face, grateful for the love and laughter that filled my day. Today was a reminder of the importance of family, and I couldn't wait to see what adventures tomorrow would bring.
