First off, joneun Yana-imnida. ^___^

Obviously, I’m a KPOP fan. I got into this just recently, I think January 2017? Yep, very recent. It’s been almost eight months since I became a KPOP fan. The first group I’ve ever loved us GOT7 (my bias is Jackson *wink, wink*). After GOT7, my love for BIGBANG grew. They’re actually my ultimate group. I love T.O.P the most but each BIGBANG member has a spot in my heart. I love every member in the group that I stan. I make sure no one is left out and that every one of them feels the love.

As for GGs, I know a few but my ultimate GG would be BLACKPINK. Last August 8th was BLACKPINK’s debut anniversary and I was like a proud parent because my girls have achieved so much in a span of one year. They have proven their selves and I love them to the moon and back. Let me talk about the fandom now, BP’s fans are called BLINKs. You see, even though BP is my ultimate GG, I still can’t call myself a BLINK. Why?

Because I’ve noticed that as each day passes, the fandom is growing toxic. Each member’s fans are fighting with each other; ranting about who’s better than who. We will gain nothing from these fights but hatred and jealousy. We should not let hatred grow within us. It will never make us a better person. It will only make us loathe ourselves more.

Please, please don’t even compare who’s better than who. I know people are judgmental by nature but please control yourselves. Control what you say. Be considerate of other people’s feelings. What I’m trying to say here is, we all know that 3/4 of BP is fluent in English, they can speak and understand English like its their mother tongue. Haven’t you thought that maybe they have read our comments and are actually feeling bad right now? Haven’t you thought of how they would have felt while reading those hate comments? Those comments that say “blah, blah is better than blah, blah”? Can we, for once, just appreciate every member and show love to everyone?

Keep this mind, this applies to all KPOP groups, not just BLACKPINK. A group is a group because of its members. It ain’t called something if it lacks one member. Technically, it’s still group but the feeling is not the same. A group is formed because of its members. Each member has a role and a duty to make sure that the group stays strong. How can they be strong when their fans aren’t? How can they become one if the fandom is not?

BLACKPINK is not BLACKPINK without any of its members. It ain’t BP without Jisoo. It ain’t BP without Jennie. It ain’t BP without Rose. It ain’t BP without Lisa.

All I’m asking is for us to be considerate of other’s feelings. Let us try to be kind because it costs $0.00 to be kind to one another. Kindness goes a long way.
