Around 30 minutes into the show Haechan looked down and saw you, his face lit up. You slightly smiled and looked to the side to not cause any attention, but some people in your section had noticed.

“She didn’t even have a sign and he looked at her” You heard a girl say behind you.

“Maybe she was at a fansign”

The girl next to you glanced at you quickly before looking back at the stage.

A few minutes later Haechan put his arm around Mark and led him to your section, trying to be as discreet as possible. Mark looked at you and then your friend. Then looked up and waved at the crowd, then his eyes slowly trailed back to you two. You could tell he was trying to figure out a way to say hi but you lightly shook your head to tell him don’t bother.

The girl next to you got suspicious, “does he recognize you from somewhere?”

While waiting to be led into the room, you saw Mark and Haechan come around the corner, “we found you guys finally!” Mark says, hugging you and then y/f/n.

Today was the last day of choreography learning. Jaehyun and you had been hanging out privately and Johnny was the only other member that knew. You guys made sure to not touch each other in public.

Mark spoke to Jaehyun while he was stretching, “Dude, I’ve noticed that y/n is being very distant with me and I’m not sure why”

“Well did she ever say she liked you? Maybe it’s more of a friend thing.”

“You mean I should truly tell her how I feel?”

“No don’t!”

Mark gave him a confused look.

“I mean… I just think maybe since she’s still adjusting to her new job it’s a lot for her”

“Oh… so you like her too”

“It’s so obvious dude”

“It is? I mean I don’t”

“Okay Jaehyun I admit I noticed you liked her so I tried to get to her first… but if you guys have something going on I’ll back up”

Jaehyun didn’t respond seeing you walk in the practice room.

Mark saw the way he looked at you and how the first person you looked at was him, “yeah… i got it”

Jaehyun looked back at Mark and felt guilty.

As practice went on Jaehyun continued to feel the guilt that y/n had been feeling for the past few days.

After practice Jaehyun told you what happened and you decided it was time to be up front with Mark.

While everyone walked out of the room you asked Mark if he could stay.

“Have you noticed the purple is coming up much quicker than it did. I already see the hearts I drew on your arm”

You show Mark and Johnny the menu.

When the waitress comes you order for you and Mark while Johnny gets his own.

“I love it when the girlfriend orders for the guy” the waitress giggled.

Johnny agrees and laughs.

“Johnny why did you act like what she said was true” You asked him once the waitres left.

“Okaaayy” Mark says trying to change the subject.

“Told you” You sip the straw in your drink.

“Try this too” You hand him your cup and Mark sips the straw.

He made a happy expression “We’re coming here again”

“ooH like a date” Johnny stated.

You chuckled while Mark lightly glared at him.

“You guys basically just kissed right now by the way”

“Oh that is so middle school Johnny” You said.

“Johnny i’ve drank after you before and what does that mean”

“Dude that’s like brotherly love this is different. I don’t drink after y/n”

“dude” Mark signaled for him to stop

Johnny laughed and continued to eat.

As you guys talked you felt Mark inch closer to you. You thought he was going to whisper something in your ear but he didn’t. He just wanted to be closer. You inch closer to him as well and soon you are almost shoulder to shoulder with him.

“You guys are actually so funny”

“What now”

“You’re almost on top of each other”

“No we’re not” Mark says while scooting away before you gently tug the bottom of his shirt telling him to stay. So he tries to be so not obvious but of course Johnny noticed him sliding back right away.

Johnny just looks at you both and laughs, “Haechan owes me five bucks”

He might observe well but he doesn’t see that Mark is lightly dragging his fingers along your arm. No you two aren’t secretly dating, you haven’t talked about feelings yet, but the both of you secretly know.
