“Sure…..What can I do for you?” Yarne asked in confusion. He wasn’t quite sure what the unicorn was doing.

"No..I don't mind. I guess it's pretty obvious that I'm not a 'man spawn' from my appearance " Yarne replied. "I'm a Taguel. For lack of a better explanation you could say that I'm a 'bunny person' since my other form looks like an over sized bunny rabbit." He tried to give his best explanation.

“Yes I am lost.” Duke replied. He still was trying to figure out how he suddenly appeared here. “Do you mind if I ask what are you?” He said not sure if that was the smart thing to say or not.

"Sure.....What can I do for you?" Yarne asked in confusion. He wasn't quite sure what the unicorn was doing.

“That’s true. Where I come from the land has been ravaged with war and death. I’m sure there are lots of other people as well who have dealt with worse hardships then me.”

“Well my people had been hunted down by humans because they we’re afraid of us because we were different. After hundreds of years of hunting most of us have been killed.  I’m afraid I’m the last Taguel left now.” Yarne said with a sigh. The last he had known was that his mother had been killed  along with most of her human comrades when they fought to save the land.

"Are you lost?" Yarne asked. The man in front of him looked slightly unusual. It didn't look like he was a civilian either. So far Duke didn't act like any of the ruffians that liked to stir up trouble occasionally either. So maybe he was from another kingdom then?

Yarne backed quickly away from the person who suddenly appeared from behind. “C-Can I help you?” Yarne asked. He wasn’t sure if the person was friend or foe, and it was taking a lot for him to fight the instinct of running away to talk.

“Uh…Well…That’s not something that I really have control over. My people only could turn into a ‘monster rabbit’. The only other race I know of that shape shifts are the Manaketes who turn into dragons..” Yarne explained. “Although…The Taguel actually were a formidable warrior race.”

"You're in the Halidom of Ylisse outside the capital city a little ways." Yarne answered quickly. "I-I'm Yarne...Who are you?" The Taguel asked.  Yarne wished at times like this that he wasn't alone when explaining this. If the rest of his friends where here they could probably help more.

Yarne pointed at his long unusual ears that hung down. “I might look ‘human’ right now, but I’m a Taguel. If I need to fight or defend myself I change into an giant rabbit. That’s why I have some fur on my neck and arms even when I’m in this form.”
