Au'jielh tumbles over as he's hit, but he's quick to regain his footing and fight back. He raises a leg to kick Vex away, not particularly wanting to hurt him, but not freely giving away victory.

Vex was angry. No....no not angry. Upset maybe. Very upset. Upset enough that his usual 5'2" stature had grown almost three feet, standing at 8'1" now as bloody hands twitched by his sides. Instead of his.....nightly meal being an easy catch, they had managed to get Vex into the ground and run off. He always hated when his prey got out of control. So with nothing but a torn pair of boxers on, the Jersey Devil marched through the all familiar woods, blood dripping from his maw down into the cervices of his chest like a wild animal. Ah, but a scent suddenly invaded his senses. A scent he liked.

Now. Now he was on a hunt for sure.

With a small growl, Au'jielh balled his hands into fists. He understood now, this was a fight for dominance. He couldn't think of why, though, as their last fight, Vex had won. This wouldn't be a rematch, would it? That made no sense. Still, he wasn't going to back down.

As Vex snapped his jaws, Au'jielh was quick to extend his previously closed spear. He followed Vex with his eyes, trying to make sense of why and how Vex was like this. Au'jielh didn't seem keen on attacking, only taking a defensive stance and watching Vex's moves with caution.

Despite Au'jielh being almost certain it was Vex, he took a fighting stance in case. He didn't go towards Vex, rather let Vex come to him. He could tell the scent of blood was definitely coming from Vex, but wasn't sure if it was Vex's blood or someone else's. Au'jielh had slowly gotten his spear out, ready to defend himself at any moment.

Au'jielh had been on Earth for a day off, and was taking notes on the planet's nature. The smell of blood hit him, making him stand from the plant he was examining and look around to find the source. He couldn't hear anyone in pain, so he figured it might just be a dead animal. Never the less, he went towards it, curious. If it were an animal he could get the meat and skull from it, anyway.
