The UMP-45
Tumblr media
The UMP-45 is a close-range PDW unlocked for all classes at rank 16. Battlelog description:
“German built, the UMP-45 is a fully automatic Personal Defense Weapon noted for its versatility and optimal mobility. Essentially an improved version of the MP5, the UMP-45 is functionally similar but substantially cheaper to manufacture and includes several modern upgrades such as the top and forward accessory rail. The UMP-45 is well-rounded and capable as a Personal Defense Weapon.”
This weapon is not what one would typically expect from what should be classified as an SMG. Typically, SMGs have a very fast rate or fire, low damage per bullet, and very short range. The UMP has a very short range, but does massive damage per bullet (recently buffed to 34 at close range), which can 3 shot kill at close range. It has a very slow rate of fire compared to the other PDWs. So, what is the advantage of using this weapon if it has barely any range and fires extremely slowly? Why would I choose this over the M16A3? Well, this gun’s hipfire accuracy is better than that of any other primary weapon in the game. If you add a laser sight onto it, aiming from the hip is just as good as aiming down the sight. This gun destroys even shotguns in close quarters, but you should never use this on any large map, because the damage starts to drop off at 10 measly meters. My preferred loadout is laser sight + suppressor.

We got soaked in the rain yesterday while installing this succulent and rock garden, but honestly, as I dip in and out of the rain today to get a better look at it, it was worth every single second.  In the middle of the circle is an old apple tree stump that has always been a royal pain to work around, not to mention a giant tripping hazard.  We originally had a bench placed over the stump, but I think I like this much more.  Any of the succulent babies that fell off during transplanting were popped into the holes in the stump.  The kalanchoe in the front of the bed will not survive the winter, nor will the corkscrew rush and fiber optic grass, but I needed a filler until the hens and chicks established themselves here.  Still not sold on the gnomes.  Oh, and the stumps and rocks behind the bed are not staying.  I needed something to prop a screen on top of to protect the Sugar Ann snap peas (in the barrel) from being annihilated by squirrels.  Progress!

Three weeks into his managerial position, Leonard was annoyed to find the rocks still refuse to organize themselves by size, color or shape.

Do It Yourself Landscaping Tips And Hints
Taking on the task of making some landscaping improvements to your yard does not have to be as costly or difficult as you may have thought. You are sure to find some tips in the following article that will assist you in making the best decisions about your landscaping projects.
Do not forget your landscape when it comes to your landscaping plans. A deck or patio is an important aspect in your landscape’s appearance. There are many options for decks and patios that include rock designs or woods that coordinate with the colors of your trees, shrubs and flowers. Do not forget this important aspect.
Think about how you and your family use your yard before making any changes to it. Remember that if you plant trees, bushes or shrubs where people usually walk, your yard may not be enjoyable to use. Discuss your plans with your family to make sure that they are pleasing to everyone before you re-do your yard.
Invest in fresh mulch each spring. It is going to look cleaner, and will add a good bit of curb appeal to your home. Keeping fresh mulch around your flower beds will slow the weed growth. If you live in an area where termites are a problem, consider using pine needles, bark, or pea gravel instead.
Variety is the spice of the garden. If all of your plants are similar, nothing will stand out - resulting in a boring garden. For example, a flower bed consisting of only yellow flowers will cause each individual plant to visually bleed into the next, losing all definition from plant to plant. Instead, plant contrasting colors next to each other. Each plant will pop out to the eye, instead of blending into the background.
Now that you have read through this article, you are sure to have a better idea about how you can begin working on your landscaping project. Add these tips to the plan and you are sure to save money and time, working on the project that is going to improve the appearance of your home and lawn.
