So on that original question, the Kessler effect is when an inundation of space debris fits into the atmosphere out of orbit of a planet just right enough to where it is completely incapacitated from ever allowing space travel. In which the entirety of the planet literally has a layer of garbage over it. These guys live on those layers, an extant race on planets that did not get cataloged due to the incorrect assumption that they were barren, in the fact that the populace were living above the surface on the garbage layer

TBH Omniverse is a series i dislike the most BECAUSE i love it, I like it the most and have the most to say about it, and that ends up with knowing the inns and outs of the stupid shit and also seeing Derek's fucked up designs... Some are great and some are Chromastone or Vilgax

As an avid DJW Artstyle emulator for the side-blog, HOLY SHIT i agree a lot of these designs are like the least varied and yet somehow simultaneously overly stylized- to the point we get what could've been a cool design for one of the MAIN Villains- IF it kept any of the previous philosophies and didn't literally just make him a different person
