Student Statement
I am a Graphic Design Student , and this is my first time in a drawing class. I had much fun, and I wanted to do my best. The mos challenging job for me was drawing with charcoal, it seemed very complicated, but I improved it a little with practice. I had two favorite projects (midterm and final). With the midterm project, I discover that i could develop excellent drawings in the future, and the final project was fun; I love colors, and working with them was the best.
This class leaves me the desire to continue drawing and developing artistic forms.

Vanitas Still Life
Defining who I am in such a punctual, and at the same time indirect way with objects is not an easy thing, and from that first step I consider this project is a challenge. In the same way, it excites me since it makes to ask me who I am and how to represent it. With the explanation that the professor gave us, I consider it is a good way to communicate with the public and make them understand what the passion of the artist, reasons and emotions is.
This act full of symbolism makes us look in perspective from a point of view which have been the important moments in our lives and how they have influenced, what we love and what restricts us to see life from different points of view.
